“I use Ebuyer every time I need to make an electrical purchase. When we have new starters in the company I use Ebuyer to purchase their new laptops. Delivery is always so quick and never have we purchased a laptop that is faulty or does not work. We have had this issue in the past and Ebuyer never fails when it comes to the quality of their laptops. Even down to ink cartridges I cannot fault them. They also always email when items have been dispatched to keep you updated.”

“Ebuyer is my most commonly used tech store, prices are usually always the cheapest out there and the customer service is second to none. Usually when you experience problems with an item the process of explaining the fault and returning it can be long winded and laborious, however with Ebuyer I was put into contact with someone who identified the fault and sanctioned a return extremely quickly. It's a huge plus that this company hires knowledgeable staff who don't just read from a flow chart. I purchase from Ebuyer for myself, friends and family and also for my company, I can recommend them to others with full confidence that they will receive a quality service and will be looked after if something goes wrong. It's the first placer I search for when I need anything tech related.”
