“I like Ebuyer, i like the prices, the delivery options and the products Ebuyer sells. The only issue I have had is with yodel one of there delivery companies whom seem to never deliver to my house even tho the address on the item is correct. It's a good job i get on well with people in my local area or this might have been a bad review. Generally a good service and helpful over the phone, but yodel is letting the side down.”

“Excellent website... It's usually my reference point before buying anything computer related. Prices are usually good, but the biggest downfall is their delivery prices. It's not always the case, but recently, when I wanted to purchase a monitor, delivery prices on Amazon were much more attractive for example. Otherwise, excellent! Never had any problems!”

“The website has definitely improved, although the cookie warning bar at the top instead of the bottom is a bit distracting. Info is, for the most part, clear and concise and the images are good although more of the products would always be welcome. The checkout system is greatly improved over a year ago and is much faster.”

“I found it easy to find the external drive that I was looking for, which was at a very competitive price, bearing in mind the free delivery cost. However, I had great difficulty in finding a 3 metre USB 3.0 Micro B cable because E Buyer's filtering system seems to mix these in with the other types of usb cable.”

“Ebuyer is a quick and easy to use website that easily competes with the likes of amazon.co.uk. The prices are very reasonable for electronic goods, though there is not much to choose between them and the likes of amazon, currys pc world and argos, though I always check all these sites and compare before making any purchase. Ebuyer.co.uk has a very clean and simple design that is attractive and simple to navigate. Though the sorting feature is not as intuative as amazon.co.uk, but overall the website is prettier and less confusing. I also like that they do not shove products down your throat like some websites. I feel that I can shop with confidence and not get riped off. The one negative is that like many websites they have been known to tell you that something is in stock, when it isnt really, and then you may as well cancel and order something else as it gona take forever to come back into stock. Probabkly the best thing about Ebuyer is that you can choose your delivery day and then request pre-noon so you do not have to be in all day. I often use Ebuyer because I can get the products delivered, for when I know I will be in. Delivery is not only very good, but it is reliable too... however you definately pay for this privalidge... there is however a free 5 working day delivery option on most products. Overall Ebuyer is really good and I would recommend it to anyone, but like all online shopping it could be better....”

“I use Ebuyer as my main supplier of small IT items. Amazingly fast service, with no problems encountered over the last few years of occasional use. I find the regular emails of offers and deals of interest, plus their 'free delivery' promotion months. My only criticism of their website relates to free delivery offers, especially with small items like memory cards. Being told you're getting 'free deliver' then finding you're being charged £1.51 for postage is irksome. But if you're willing to wait, their Twitter account is very responsive and soon sorts out errors on the website. But I do find this puts me off making purchases sometimes, so it's maybe an issue that could lose them customers.”
