“I wasn't happy from the beginning as my order - electric scooter for my granddaughter - didn't come in time, but then I had a full satisfaction and quick refund and could order another scooter from Ebuyer which came exactly in time and in a good condition! “Good part descriptions. I had a chat box pop up once where a guy gave some good advice on compatibility of parts in my basket. I couldn't order at the time as I was busy however a week later I had nearly 800 pounds worth of items in my basket and asked chat if they could advise on compatibility. Nobody was trained. I tried again later and was told the same. As a result I emptied my basket and bought the lot with another supplier. Big loss on Ebuyer's part. It is this "added value" that would make me choose you. If that isn't there then there is no USP for me.”
