“The prices were excellent, but the first time I ordered the item it (apparently) didn't show up on the Ebuyer ordering system. I've had to order it again, and pay for next day delivery (as I hadn't counted on this delay). Hopefully I will get it this time.”

“I bought the products, OK. Tried to apply a discount code BUT that didn't work. Trying to add accessories [That I wanted, not what you are suggesting] was a real chore and needs to be improved. I took far longer to complete my order than it should have.”

“Good part descriptions. I had a chat box pop up once where a guy gave some good advice on compatibility of parts in my basket. I couldn't order at the time as I was busy however a week later I had nearly 800 pounds worth of items in my basket and asked chat if they could advise on compatibility. Nobody was trained. I tried again later and was told the same. As a result I emptied my basket and bought the lot with another supplier. Big loss on Ebuyer's part. It is this "added value" that would make me choose you. If that isn't there then there is no USP for me.”
