“easy to use site, good prices. only today had issues with paying via paypal- although the delivery was meant to be free but paypal at the checkout was adding extra delivery charges and also was asked to wait for another day for additional checks.”

Only problem is that when buying ink cartridge, you need to do a little research to make sure its the right one as it doesnt give information on printer compatitbility but can easily find this information by contacting the printer manufacturer or just good old googling :)”

“I have found Ebuyer to be a great and very useful website. I use it for supplies for work, and find it not only very easy to find what I am looking for, but also great competitive prices. The prices do change quite often which can be confusing (especially if I am waiting for manager approval and by the time I have it the cost has changed!) but on the whole it is a great website. Also, the delivery is usually exceptional (quite often upgrading me for free next day dleivery when I have chosen a more expensive option!) - Thanks!”

“Big Ebuyer user for many years, spending a LOT of cash from time to time, but I do find these days that the reviewing system you have started using not very helpful. In the old days at a glance, I was able tell what rating an product had and how many users rated it. These days, a product with 10/10 can be at the top of the list with only 1 review. This wouldn't be a problem, but you can't easily see how many people have reviewed it until you actually select the product. For me this is your biggest let down. The other issue is pricing. While a lot of it is competitive, your accessories can be very over priced especially when comparing to Amazon. All in all, thanks for the service (apart from your return procedures...they are terrible). Best regards, Neil”

“I've used ebuyer personally for years and have always found great deals on the site, sometimes deals I wasn't even thinking about purchasing and ended up getting them as well! I have used ebuyer for business as well. They have a flexible friendly approach, do not bother you with lots of calls trying to sell you things you don't need and at a price that is always competitive. Delivery options are good too, you can get next day for a good price or if you are not in a rush for the goods a 5 day option for free. You tend to find more out about a company when you are in a situation of ordering the incorrect item or been sent teh incorrect item. Again, ebuyer comes out tops for me, never had an issue returning (reasonable) goods in the same condition I received them in. Goods are always as described and no hidden extra's or issues. “Used e-buyer many times. Only frustration is delivery. Some items on order are free delivery others are not. Why not just delver all for free, especially when the item for which delivery is to be charged is the lightest of all - in this case a usb flash drive. Needless to say I removed this item.”
