“The Weekly Deal promotion has been incredibly engaging, I have had to stop myself from taking up every deal. I have so far opted for the Steel Series Bundle and one of the Memory Sticks. Checkout is a breeze and flexible delivery is incredible value for any individual with a full time job who can't usually risk generic delviery times. “Ebuyer has always been a reliable service, with some of the best priced items that I can think of despite myself shopping around I often come back to them. Delivery is always on the date they say or the day before in one case. Not that it was a problem for me. The only issue I've ever had with Ebuyer has been with some of it's product descriptions: Whilst usually accurate and very informative, sometimes key information is missing, such as which revision of main-board a particular model may be. Even returning a faulty product was a very simple procedure and not remotely off putting. So much so that I bought from them again with my refund.”

“When trying to pay using paypal shipping charge kept being added on to an order that qualified for and confirmed at each stage that delivery was free. Only at the very last stage in paypal was shipping added and could not be removed!!!”

“Ebuyer shopping is quick easy and safe. I thoroughly recommend it. The only reason I haven't given it five stars is because it occasionally advertises special offers that you have to click on before you shop, which then can lead you to places that you might not want to go. If you ignore the offer, for example free same day delivery, and just carry on shopping, you cannot always get it when you come to pay for your purchase.”

“The experience on the website is honestly extremely well done. I'm a web developer and I honestly hate when I come across an un-user friendly website. Buy eBuyer really was different. I couldn't fault anything. It was as single as a few clicks to purchase a produce, and even thought I didn't have an account, it was still quick and simple. The prices on eBuyer are extremely competitive as well, I looked around quite a lot first but eBuyer was the cheapest and had the greatest range of computer monitors. I will certainly shop here again. Thank you eBuyer. Perfect service.”

“I have used ebuyer for many years now and have had mostly a good experience, I find the website very well set out, easy to find what you want and with a wide range of computer components and more, the late ordering and speed of delivery is very good, and is important to me as I need on many occasion parts delivered fast and efficiently so as not to keep my customers waiting. One thing I do find very unfair and frustrating is the returns system, I believe in customer service and loyalty to customers especially when they have traded for many years and spent thousands of pounds over time as I have, but with ebuyer you have to jump through many hoops to get a refund on an item even when it's faulty, if I where to return an item to a high street store for whatever reason they will give an instant refund no questions asked, so why does it feel like the Spanish inquisition when returning an item to ebuyer, for this reason my overall rating only makes good, I imagine this feedback will just be deleted without any consideration whatsoever.
