“Prices are good, and so long as your delivery works first time everything's great. After service has been good for me too, but I've had problems with their ability to take responsibility when their delivery contractor is incompetent, and talking to a human when time-critical issues occur is sometimes difficult. However, for almost all transactions none of these are issues.”

“Ebuyer. Pretty cheap for lots of items but although I have had trouble with the couriers they use the customer service is usually pretty good at sorting things out. I still continue to use them because of this fact and will do so for purchases as they always have a good range of items and good prices. Reliability is a must and can safely say they meet that requirement.”
