“Used Ebuyer now for the past 5 years and never really had any problems. The only problems i had was out of stock products, which i found an alternative straight away and it was with me the day after! - I Always recommend ebuyer to anybody who asks me for IT stuff or electrical's as i do our business's Computers, Everybody sees me as a guru. I ALWAYS Recommend Ebuyer.”

“Always good and quick ordering & delivery service with sensisbly sized packaging and a secure login process. The only problems I've had have resulted from inaccurate or misleading product description listings which have resulted in returns (an ardous process) or having to settle for a product which is not what was actually ordered. Showing everything that is written on the box - which is what you see when buying from a shop - would go a long way to help solve this at the same time as cutting down on returns and dissapointed customers.”

“I have shopped with Ebuyer for well over fifteen years on and off. They provide a wide range of computer components at competitive prices and have always delivered on time and in well protected packaging. However, I have yet to make a new order without first having to renew my on-line password. I have a page in my System manager's note book just for Ebuyer and it now contains several crossed out passwords with the date against each and I will have to start a new page, next time I order from them, since it is now full. Does anyone else have this trouble I wonder? Once ordered, I have no problems with all the other aspects of their service.”
