“Basically OK. I will keep buying from them for now and still point others to look at Ebuyer. A great pity about the web site. It used to be very good but they are getting carless. For example there is no longer a way to remove old addresses from your account. It is very annoying that if you right click to open a product in a new tab both the existing tab and the new tab, open with the product. So you have lost the page you wanted to keep. Also I am still waiting for the return of 4 screws from a NAS that was sent back to Ebuyer to replace a faulty power supply. Support say they can not find them !”

“Ebuyer is quite reputable and I would recommend to friends looking to buy affordable and reliable parts and systems. Over half of my Custom Gaming PC is made with parts from Ebuyer.com and were all delivered in exceptional condition and time. One problem I have found is that the 'Daily deals' will still show items out of stock and this can mislead people. Overall a good but not amazing website.”

“Good prices of stock, no problems saving my order and updating over a week or so as I figured out what I needed. Could do with a better navigation system as the selection of the search functions were a bit clunky. Perhaps state some of the stats for components in a way that makes it easier to compare. such as PCI 3.0 in the header for motherboards. Otherwise a happy experience. Have used ebuyer previously and had efficient delivery.”
