“I've always used Ebuyer from pretty much the start of its birth online. I've always had a great service and pricing to be reasonable. Much much better prices at the start of the store but still very competitive now. I've never had to return much to them and cannot remember the last time I've needed the customer service. All in all until I get a really bad experience i'd continue to use without hesitation as you know they are at least someone you can trust online.”

“I have used E-buyer quite a bit in the past. They have a wide selection of items, delivery is quick and they are easy to contact if you have any queries. I did have one issue with a PC with corrupted hard drive and they would not replace until they had the pc back and checked the hard drive. This was not good as I was doing a site installation and needed to get the job done that day. They wouldn't even allow me to buy a new hard drive and get a refund on the corrupt one. However, they've been very helpful on other occasions.”

“Been dealing with eBuyer for years and on the whole they are excellent. Only issues I have had are returning a part back to them that had a technical fault, due to the nature of the fault it had to go back to the manufacturer but eBuyer did not advise me of this had to approach manufacturer directly. So they loose some points on customer service for that. They are very good on delivery of goods and speed at which items are dispatched.”
