“THE ACTUAL PARTS MAY BE OKAY I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM YET BUT THE ADVERTS ALL OVER THE SALES PART WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU WILL GET FREE DELIVERY FOR NEXT DAY IF YOUR ORDER IS OVER A CERTAIN AMOUNT AND BEFORE A CERTAIN TIME. I FULFILLED THAT PART AND THEN FOUND THAT WHEN I GOT TO THE PAYMENT PART I WAS HAVING TO PAY £8.90 FOR CARRIAGE FOR THE NEXT DAY. AFTER E MAILING THE COMPANY AND EXPLAINING THIS POINT, I RECEIVED AN E MAIL BACK THE NEXT DAY SAYING THAT I HAD TO CLICK ON THE DROPDOWN PART AND I COULD READ THAT FREE DELIVERY WAS NOT FOR NEXT DAY BUT UP TO 5 DAYS FOR ONE THING I'M NOT STUPID I NEW ABOUT THE DROPDOWN, BUT WHY ADVERTISE THAT YOU WILL GET FREE DELIVERY THE NEXT DAY AS I HAVE EXPLAINED ABOVE. I WAS NOT HAPPY... THE PERSON AT E BUYER EITHER HAS NEVER SEEN THEIR SALES PAGE OR DIDN'T READ MY COMPLETE E MAIL AND DECIDED ON A STOCK ANSWER. I HAVE ORDERED THE TWO PARTS I WANTED AND AM HOPING THAT THEY ARE AS GOOD AS ADVERTISED BUT NOW HAVE TO WAIT FOR UP TO 5 DAYS FOR THEM.. “Firstly I gave them 3 stars (Normal) because I found the website very easy to navigate, providing a very effective and efficient buying experience, but I have not bought from here before, so I could not give any higher. As for the 6 out of 10 rating, this was given because of the low prices which is hard to come across for such electrical goods.”

“I never like to give out my date of birth to companies as loss of this data to others can cause lots of problems. With the DOB hackers can source state pension data, private pensions NHS details. Why not use some other details such as favourite car number plate or That could not be traced back to any other data online and most people have one car that they owned with note. Mine was a two year long court case. I will never forget that!!! DOB if I am correct can only give about 25000 combinations. Starting at 18 and going to 80 years with 365 days in a year. I think number plates would give about 400,000,000 combinations and could not be linked to other online site information. Letters x letters x 0-9 x 0-9 x letters x letters x letters (22X22x9x9x22x22x22 = 417,444,192 Letters Q and O plus I are not used and one more I'm not sure of.”

“usually fine but when I decided to pay via paypal a £3 surcharge for "signed delivery" appeared at the very end of the transaction just before clicking, There's no surcharge for any other method and I can find no mention of this paypal surcharge visible anywhere. be more open please”

“Problem with logging in despite talking to an adviser who Confirmed a valid email. Did not work, had to use a private Email and go froom there. Your address system is confusing, but managed somehow, even though I had to pay expensive Freight! In the end I did it from my iPhone. A good advice HAVE A SIMPLE "Guest" OPTION TO BYPASS YOUR TRICKY LOGIN SYSTEM, and you will probably get 20-30% more Business!! I have tried many times to buy, but got feed up! Brgds, Bjorn Jondelius”

“Good daily deal prices for keyboard, mouse, headset; but unfortunately other computer components I was shopping for are cheaper on the other place. Other 'cons': The drop-down menu was annoying - just swiping mouse across top made a huge dialog appear across most of the screen. There's no 'save for later' basket; nor could I find any way to move items in basket to a wish list. I had things in my basket (and had email later in day telling me I left things there) but when I signed in tonight there was nothing. I added the daily deal items, then went to email and tried clicking on the link to show me what I had previously in my basket. That replaced my basket with yesterday's items. I had to add back manually today's items. The search bar at top resizes automatically - and pressing the search button is required twice because of it.”

“The process of checking out is over complicated by having to create an account - part of that process involves providing date of birth information, which is completely irrelevant to making a simple purchase. I strongly object to providing data such as date of birth, which if leaked, provides a piece of valuable information to hackers and fraudsters - I respect the fact that you endeavour to keep information secure, but some of the most secure financial sites on the planet are hacked regularly -there is no such thing as a completely safe site, so why put unnecessary personal information on it?? PJ”
