“Free delivery service on items over £50 is great value. A good selection of products which are always being updated and usually the cheapest prices you can find. Only negative is that sometimes products get removed from site but then they sell what is selling well. eBuyer provides us with most of our consumables spend with just a handful of items going elsewhere that they do not stock.”

“I have been using Ebuyer for almost ten years now for components etc. after the site was recommended to me by a friend. Ebuyer generally have the best prices and the best range of computer products, but I have had to give a score of "good" instead of "very good" because there have been a few occasions where I have found a product cheaper elsewhere on the net.”

“On the mobile site, navigating backward to previous pages can cause any search or filter to reset and only show the first 10 items or so, rather than remembering the existing criteria. The menu for selecting or adding filters also fails to work. I can fault no other aspect however from my usage.”

“The Ebuyer website is excellent, the product ratings are (usually) worthwhile and the prices are, almost always, unbeatable. Ebuyer has asked for an honest review so here it is: some years ago I made an order that was destined for my client who was in urgent need of it. The goods were evidently wrongly addressed and I received some other purchaser's goods. Ebuyer's Customer Services were not merely useless, they were decidedly unhelpful. They refused to help and the delay caused by Ebuyer's incompetence in packaging caused me considerable grief. No apology was ever given. But due to the high quality site, the wealth of information, the ease of use and the pricing, I am, once again, a customer. Though one who remains wary!”
