“The prices and service are really great. Previously, I went to amazon to get the idea of a reasonable price for different equipment, but now I usually check ebuyer first. So price-wise it is 5 stars. The search functionality is nowhere near as good as on amazon though, so if you don't have specific item in your mind you probably will spend more time searching and comparing stuff because of lack of additional search criteria. Availability of the web could be improved as well. Sometimes it just doesn't load. Overall, 5 stars for price, 3 for the user experience equals to average 4.”

“I have used e buyer for many years, and have always been satisfied by the items i have received and the speed of the returns process when i have used it. The sometimes have a habit of sending a small items in a box that is too large, but then amazon have done that also.”

List system is great for storing searches of prior objects, Deal of the week pop up sometimes pops up as you have clicked something, Meaning you click the deal and not the item you were intending to, perhaps deals could be moved to a side bar once you enter a category.”
