“Brilliant pricing. Great product selection. Delivery service is excellent and you usually see products being despatched within a few hours of the order being placed - even late at night. You get constant updates on the progress of the order. Stock levels are usually very good and you can see the quantity in stock before placing the order. The only slightly odd thing is that they have several different warehouses and this can mean that one order for five different colour print cartridges for the same printer could be despatched in 5 different envelopes from 5 different warehouses. This seems very inefficient to me and must add cost to the operation. Why not keep all Canon cartridges at the same warehouse together with the Canon printers? However, overall an excellent supplier who I have used for over 10 years. Would recommend them to everyone.”

“I have been an Ebuyer customer for quite a long time, saving up for my first PC and ordering all the components here. It is interesting to see the changes over time. Honestly I prefer the old menu/departments and also having the product details and reviews in tabs, maybe thats because its just what I am used to but I find it difficult to get product specifications on the new site. Otherwise I like Ebuyer, quick easy service and delivery options are good.”

“One of the simplest ordering systems Ive used. The price was spot on. The only thing I would have liked was a simple way to send a question to a technical expert about the product from its description area so I could know if my new hard drive would work with USB3 and normal USB. Still a very good experience. Cant wait for my new hard drive!”
