“I used to buy from ebuyer frequently in the day, before they were even known by the average joe. But i haven't used ebuyer in a long time, as their service and not mention prices were higher than any other retailers selling the same products. This made me take my business to other etailers, in search of better deals. They have now bought there prices in line with other retailers and for most cases are even cheaper than the competition, this is great news for people like me and if they can keep it up and follow it up with great customer service, then i for one will buy more from them.”

“The good: Usually good prices, and good range of products. (but check on google just in case) There are some very good bargains if you happen to catch them on offer. Delivery to Berkshire always hit and miss, and rarely hit the 5 day delivery deadline. Returns is usually very good, and staff try to be very helpful. The not so good: The desciptions are not always correct, check elsewhere to confirm specs and warranty. Their internal info is sometimes wrong so things may still be under warranty (explains the description errors), so check warranty on manufacturer site (as I just found out for TPLink switches. Ebuyer said 1yr, TPLink confirmed it is 3!) The ledger is very poorly laid out and does not show all the transactions such as refunds. Although I have about 10 free deliveries, I can never access them, so sometimes go elsewhere for smaller items if not buying with something else. Conclusion: For some things they are my go to site, and for others my check site. Always new products sent unless specified (unlike a competitor of theirs!), so reliable. I've been using Ebuyer for many years and will continue to do so, so they must be doing something right! :)”

“you get lots of cheap offers through Ebuyer, however i found that once I had signed up, selected the item i wanted, clicked the free delivery option, the system still added in the next day delivery cost anyway, and I was unable to change it. So I think it's fair to say that the website isn't quite as slick as it might have been, and i've paid a little more for the item than i wanted to.”

If they would cut it back to one week it would be much more acceptable.”
