I booked through Economybookings.com and ended up stranded with my family of six (including small children) because our flight was delayed and the rental office they chose (Priceless Car Rental) was closed. There was no shuttle service or staff available to help, and we had no choice but to rent elsewhere—at additional cost. Despite explaining the situation, Economybookings.com refused to provide any refund or acceptable resolution. Their rigid policies and lack of empathy made a stressful travel situation even worse. I would never recommend them to anyone.

My Partner was left in tears regarding a booking with Economy bookings,"Hertz" she had booked through economy bookings a car for 12 days paid with debit card, picked the car up used it, thing was her own car was still in the garage, so she then had to hire another car for 7 days, so went through economy bookings, this time with green motion, she paid for the hire with her debit card no problem, the problem then arises when she goes to the airport to pick her hire car up. She is told that there is a deposit to be paid and that she will get the deposit back when the car is returned, she said fine, went to pay with her debit card, only to find out that she must pay with a CREDIT CARD, which she does not have, this then resulted in her not being able to pick the hire car up, also no refund as its classed as a no show, she then was left by the customer representative, asking us there anything else i can do for you, so blunt, my partner burst in to tears at the airport left stranded 20 miles from home. She then approached another representative who said oh yes you can use a debit card but the deposit was £400 and the car hire for one week was £168 if she wanted it, so she had to take it, and no refund for the original transaction, heartless us not the word, we are terribly emotionally upset by this, but they were steadfast about no refund, well they can keep their refund, i won't belittle myself, the customer service was appalling with basically a human error, and their terms and conditions which they kept blabbing in about, THEY CAN KEEP THEM. BOOKING REFERENCE B14545437 A i hope they are happy bringing a lady with 42 years service in the NHS TO TEARS.

They gave me the wrong dates ], so the rental was not ready. Not only did I have to rent another car, but it was more expensive and they did't allow me to cancel. I spent hours trying to cancel. uuuggg

Horrible company. I booked a car rental and it's nearly impossible to cancel. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It's a SCAM !! They give you a credit if you cancel, NO REFUND

I turned up at the airport only to find that there was no car available. I called the help number where there was 0 support and empathy for the fact we did not have a car. They did nothing and directed me to fill out a form. I am still waiting for a deposit for a rental car that was not there and ready to go.

I had reservation B72086378 made for car in Europe through Economy Booking (Booking Group) and purchased full coverage from Booking just in case. The actual rental company Wheego (which is another scam) tried to sell me additional auto insurance. I said I already purchased full coverage through Booking, they said it does not matter to them, it has to be purchased through them. I declined it. Upon vehicle return, 3am, they found 2 tiny paint chips and charged me $700 for repainting 2 doors. Next day I filed a claim with Booking (not an easy task with this place), having their full coverage, provided all required documentation, hoping for a refund of the charges. First they said it will take 30days, after 30 days they said it will take 60 days to review. After 60 days nobody will return emails, good luck trying to call them and talk to a person. DO NOT USE THEM. THIS IS A SCAM

En el mes de octubre alquilé un coche con ellos en el aeropuerto de Miami, en concreto un Mustang. No solo el trato fue lamentable por su empleado sino que además no me dieron el coche que contraté. He intentado llegar en varias ocasiones a un acuerdo para la devolución del importe y no responden. Les he denunciado en la oficina del consumidor por no responder. No confíen en ellos y no les alquilen.

I prepaid to reserve a car and on 12/31st went to pick it up at Fort Lauderdale airport. When I tried to collect a car the clerk added services that I did not ask for. Additional charges amounted to about $500. It was either take it or leave. I said please cancel my reservation (I got cancellation printout) and left without a car. It’s just a scam and looks like KAYAK is part of it. I went to BBB website to review Economy booking (Bookinggroup.com) and its not even accredited with BBB.

This Site is simply a SCAM. If you are travelling with family, DON'T TAKE THE RISK it's not worth the money they offer. They show less price but they hide a lot in terms and conditions section. They don't have Customer Care Representative to answer your calls. They say Car Pickup in Airport but it's NOT. It takes couple of hours to reach the actual Site from Airport. They don't own any car. They are just BROKERS. They deny car and ROB the entire Rental Amount. The positive reviews looks like Paid ones because how come a company does not have Customer Care direct number can get these many positive reviews. Once you book online your are gone. There is NO proper way to Cancel your reservation. They don't pick your calls. They don't respond to your emails.

Rented a car, showed up and no one was there, called the number to get ahold of support and no one answered. I had to rent another car at the airport with another company and when I requested a refund, they have taken 2 months and are not refunding me even though I never rented the car.

Yo rente un carro con ellos y cuando llegue arecoguer el carro me dijeron que ya lo abian rentado que me daban otro pero tenia quepagar Q23000 de deposito y no me lo dieron y me cobraron $630 todavia no me regresan mi dinero yo en lo personar no la vuelvo a ocupar jamas

Total rip off because my credit card does not have raised numbers on it as it is a new card from the UK they won't accept it or give me a refund. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost

Horrible experience never book with this company. I'had several issues with their rental provider addCar Booking amount they charged me was only partially credited during pickup, their rental provider told me their broker fee is deducted from the booking amount Rental provider forced me to take full supplement insurance after looking my insurance when my insurance has full liability coverage. Class of car that was booked was not honored, instead of providing an upgrade due to unavailability I was provided a downgraded car which was in terrible shape. Finally inspite of satifying all the drop off conditions they still haven't issued my deposit refund. Inspite of reaching several times their response is very slow two weeks delayed, incomplete and siding with their rental provider.

Tried to cancel my car...on the website there was not a place for canceling...i called the number to customers service and was told the only way i could get a full refund is use the website...i told them i followed the instructions and still no place to cancel... Dont use these people....
