Very nice flat. Good quality of furniture and kitchen. Directly in the center, therefore no silent nights. But the advantages of walking distances to railway station, castle and pubs top it. Good breakfast place in front.

3 Bedroom flat on top and attic floors of quiet tenement. Located close to Royal Mile and Udderbelly/University for Festival. Shower room close to master bedroom, bathroom on attic level next to double and single rooms. Spacious lounge and dining area. Equipped with washing machine, plenty towels, bedding included. Restaurants on your doorstep, 10 mins stroll to New Town.

This tastefully decorated flat is bright and airy. We appreciatd the warm, informative welcome from Irene. Morningside itself is a lively area to explore ,with frequent bus links to town.We hope to return and do it all again.Thank you for helping us have such an enjoyable holiday.

Stayed here for 3 nights in September, reallly easy to find, excellent location, able to walk to Princess Street or George Street in 10-15 mins. Lovely large rooms, the bathroom was bigger then my kitchen at home:-). Everything we needed for our break in Edinburgh, we did walk into the centre on almost all occasions apart from on tthe Saturday night when i was wearing heels and wasnt sure which way to go to get to George Street, this only cost £5, and when we couldnt get a taxi when it was time to get home we walked home and found again it was only a 15 minute walk again, all downhill too. Would definitely stay here again, excellent value for money, lovely location, really nice chap who met us and showed us around, oh and a lovely little basket with shortbread, croissants, marmalade, milk and OJ. Only one negative is that due to the windows being single glazed, presumably because of the amazing surroundings and age of the buildings, there was quite a lot of road noise when sat in the room, making it hard to hear the TV without turning up too loud which we didnt want to do, having said that we spent most of our time out and about and it didnt detract from our stay one bit and we would happily recommend to apartements to anyone. 35

Good value for money, convenient for central sights, station & shops, but this also means can be noisy on weekend nights. Comfy furniture to relax in after climbing stairs!

Decided on a short break to Scotland, we hadn't been before so had no idea of the best location. The apartment couldn't have been any better for what we wanted, great location. Fourth floor but we discovered a back which took you stight out onto the royal mile. The apartment was cosy, clean and comfortable. Will return and if we can stay at "a room with a view"

Friendly helpful owners both when dealing via email and face to face at handover. No detail was spared in the flat from wide selection of dvds to a garlic press!!! Nice touches like bottle of wine, flowers, biscuits and milk on arrival. Would definately stay again.

Spent a 2 night stay at this lovely centrally located apartment. All amenities on your doorstep. The description was very accurate. We felt really at home as soon as we walked it. It was well heated for our arrival and the owner was very flexible with arrival and departure times. Great value for money. Far superior to a hotel room. Plenty of fluffy towels, hot water even toiletries and a welcome breakfast basket. Cannot fault this apartment in any way. We will be keeping the details of this property on file for future breaks.

The flat was ideal in terms of space and accommodation and we appreciated many elements. Another time we would take our own pillows and drying up cloths! However, it suited our purposes and was in a good position for us.

Lovely, clean and spacious. There were three adults staying, and wasn't crowded in the slightist; plenty of room. Would recommend to family and friends. The area has good bars and restaurants and is local enough to walk into the city centre. Private parking was an advantage. I would stop at this apartment again.

Excellent clean, modern and spacious apartment within easy walking distance of main tourist area of Edinburgh. The only con being lack of legroom when eating at the kitchen workbench due to no overhang and suggest a small dining table and chairs as there is ample room within the living area.

We stayed at an apartment in Duff St for the weekend as we were going to see the Kings of Leon at Murrayfield. The flat was only a 20 minute walk from the stadium, so this is well recommended. Also it is only a 5 minute walk from Haymarket Train Station so again this is an excellent location. There are loads of places round about this area to keep you entertained. The flat itself is very well maintained, the room sizes were very good (there were 6 of us staying in this apartment), Sophie the landlady was very nice and very helpful. All in all would definitely book to stay here again.

Great flat, much better than staying in a hotel or B&B as it is of a higher quality finish than most hotels or B&B. Anyone staying here should check out the village of Stockbridge as a great place to eat.

Everything about this flat was superb - from location (almost overlooking the park) to the service, facilities and the local amenities. I absolutely recommend a stay here.
