“This is a fantastic place to stay, it is 5 minutes by car into the city centre, and has a supermarket just 2 minutes away. Apartment is very comfortable, and has all mod cons, and there is secure parking. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, and we will hopefully be back very soon.”

“Ace flat, great location (although bare in mind if you're there in high summer and need the window open to sleep, the street outside is definitely reflective of city living!) and all the amenities that you'd want right on the door step. A bus stop right outside the door is great for when you want to come home after a heavy day of plodding the streets and seeing all that Edinburgh has to offer. Only downside is having to come home to work! Highly recommended”
“The flat is in an excellent location for access to Edinburgh central.The flat itself was immaculatley presented and we found the ensuite facility (which is practically a second bathroom) of great use with a large family.The flat is very secure and had everything we needed.The garage facility for parking was an extra bonus and we would definatley be looking to book this flat again.”

The location is excellent and a Tesco Express just 5 mins away.
Also it's not noisy at night time as well. The only thing is it took me a day or two to figure out how the storage heaters work.”

Couldn't rate it any higher, great location a few hundred metres from bars/restaurants with the bedroom situated at the back of the flat so you do not hear the noise when you decide to go to sleep. Easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, and the views of the castle are perfect. Would love to stay again!”
“Apartment is set in an old school building which has some original features, a parking space which is great. It is in dean village which is only 5 mins walk from princes street. But it is so quiet and peaceful you felt like your in the countryside. Its right next to the river. With great walks and views.
The apartment is a great size, with a large kitchen/diner and a good size lounge. The bathrooms are a good size and the showers are lovley and powerful. Two of the bedrooms are a great size with a good amount of storage. The third bedroom is smaller we had asked for it as a double, it is better suited as a twin, it has storage just outside the room. We were told at booking that this was a small room, but it was fine and was more than adequate. The apartment has almost everything that you could need including washing machine and dishwasher. There was also board games, DVDs an an I pod dock in the lounge.
We have never rented apartements before as always stayed in hotels, we would be very reluctant to go back to hotels now.”

All main Edinburgh attractions are very close by. The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped and would be a perfect base for anyone looking for a short break in central Edinburgh.
