“We are just back from 10 days in Edinburgh. The apartment in the shore was perfect for 2 people. Clean, well situated with several bus lines to move in various directions of the cities (never waited more than 5 min). On top of all, the place is calm, quiet after the noisy downtown walks.

“We spent a fantastic weekend in Edinburgh helped by the fact that we stayed at this property. The key collection was hassle free and close to the property. We were greeted by a friendly face and shown to the flat quickly. Inside the flat is well equipped and the rooms were spotless clean and freshly decorated, the only thing I would say is that the lighting isn't great, maybe because of the wall colour being red or the energy light bulbs but that wasn't a big problem. The front bedroom was facing onto grassmarket and there was some noise but I personally wasn't affected by this and in my opinion adds to the atmosphere. The flats location was ideal for our purpose and easy to find, within walking distance from the bus station. I and my companions were very happy with our stay and felt that it was very good value considering the location and facilities provided in the property. We will definitely be back for another stay on our next visit to Edinburgh.”

“I stayed one month with Karen and Phil and I definitely enjoyed the time shared with them. The place is very quiet and well placed (superstore very close, a direct bus to the Royal Mile is also close). The bedroom was very nice (very good bed!) and I had my own bathroom.
I also really liked the fact that Karen and Phil always tried to make me feel confortable and gave me lots of tips to enjoy my visit of Scotland. They also shared lots of conversations with me, and it was very interesting for me because I tried to improve my english. Adress strongly recommanded!”
“We fully enjoyed our stay. The open plan of kitchen /lounge / diner made those times we stayed in to eat a pleasure as we were always still together. All very modern and very clean. Bedrooms very nice and two good bathrooms, both with a shower and one with a bath too. All felt very secure, but the surrounding area seems very safe anyway (as does every bit of Edinburgh we went to).
The location, about a mile west of the castle is great. Close enough to everything. There are pubs nearby and also a small supermarket. Close to Union Canal too which is worth a walk.
Will go back, and will stay here again.”
