It was central enough to go walking to the Princes Street and far enough to avoid the crowd. The flat was beautifully decorated and catered to all our needs. Plus it was very reasonably priced. We all loved it :)”

“We had a wonderful stay at this 2BR apartment. It was conveniently located, just a stone's throw from Waverly Station, and minutes from the Royal Mile. The apt was well kept and clean, with a large living/dining room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Home away from home feel. Located next to a pub which can be a plus point (for food and drinks) although it can be a tad noisy if you are a light and early sleeper. Not an issue for us though.”

It has everything what we needed - i.a. great kitchen equipment - and a very welcoming living room where we enjoyed to have a cup of tea after visiting the city. It is not only very close to visitor´s attractions, but also to shops, restauarants and bars. We enjoyed our week there very much and we will rent this flat again in future!”

“The apartment was amazing a million times better than we expected the photos didn't do it justice! The service was great for arrivial collecting keys etc the beds were comfy there was 6 of s but t never felt crowded at anytime! The features of the apartment were original and beautiful! We had tea bags milk and biscuits on arrival there's a little texvo just up the road and you are a ten min walk from centre of Edinburgh! Overall rating 10/1@ I would definitely come again!”
“This one bedroom, ultra-clean flat, has everything - fully stocked kitchen, wifi, king bed, large lounge, and plenty of storage. Exceptional location, near all Edinburgh has to offer. Only potential problem would be the steep stairs to climb for those with mobility problems or lots of luggage.”
“We loved our stay in this flat; it was clean, beautifully-kept and had everything you could need for a stay in Edinburgh. I particularly liked the shortbread and the ironed sheets - both made it feel like a luxury stay! It was only a short walk into town and all amenities were handily located. We have recommended this flat already to family intending to come up later in the year, and would not hesitate to recommend it more widely.”
“I booked this flat for my family. It is an excellent flat and excellent location just off the royal mile and car parking space available. Close to lots of tourist attractions and Edinburgh being a compact city it's a good location to explore the city. Beautiful views over Holyrood park. It's a quiet flat and there is a concierge if you have any questions. Supermarket 2mins away and a bank at your front door as well as many good/excellent local bars and restaurants very close by.”

“The flat is very comfortable, well equipped and tastefully furnished.Within easy reach of Edinburgh either by bus or on foot.Good eateries nearby and close to Stockbridge.Also a lovely walk along Water of Leith where we visited The Royal Yacht.Would definately like to come back on our next visit to Edinburgh.(Kitchen table was a bit of a challenge eating breakfast AND reading the paper!)”
“My husband was working at the Highland Show so we needed somewhere to base ourselves (him, me and our 1 year old)for the duration of the show. The flat was in a perfect location - half way between Ingliston where the show took place and the city centre. The highland show bus also stopped right outside the flat so no need for expensive taxis or anything like that. The flat was very nice and well equipped, with a newly fitted bathroom and everything you could possibly want/need in the kitchen. It was also spottlessly clean on arrival and the owner provided us with a highchair and travel cot so we didn't need to bring that with us. Local amenities included a Tesco, several takeaways, a couple of pubs and a nice cafe across the road.”
“I booked this flat for my parents who were visiting me, and it could not have been a better location. They had a back exit onto the royal mile, and a front exit onto the mound. So both new town and old town were at their feet. There could not have been a better location, and they really enjoyed using the back entrance. The view was excellent. The flat was finished to a very high standard, and thoughtfully done up as well, with a well equipped kitchen. They could not stop raving about it - thank you for such a wonderful stay.”
