“Me and my other 2 friends stayed at this flat in morningside for a week and I can say the the experience was very pleasant.
It was very near from te center and you can walk to the castle with ease. The welcome is very warm and kind, and they explained everything very carefully and full of details.
I will defenatly recommend this flat for a families and/or groups of friends because the sofa-bed is and the flat itself are very spacious.
From 1 to 10, I would rate it a 9.”
“What a pleasant place to stay in Edinburgh ! This flat is well-equipped, well-decorated and perfectly situated as it is a short walk only to the town centre. It is a very peaceful place even if it's not far from a large avenue where you can find bus stops that will lead you everywhere you want to go. I strongly recommend this flat because my husband, our daughter and I definitely enjoyed our stay there !”
“We enjoyed a week staying in this large one-bed flat. It has everything you need and is only a few minutes from Haymarket station and convenient food shops. Buses (and trams once completed) are in the next parallel road. This means the flat is really quiet, day and night. We'll be back. Mitchell's car hire near the station provided excellent service.”

“Wished we had stayed on longer. The flat was so clean, modern and warm. It was a real home from home and it added to our stay. Incredibly easy for busses, taxis to centre and walking distance to supermarket, Botanic Gardens (where we had a wedding) and Inverleith Park where my son ( a professional rugby player) went running early every morning. Would recommend this little jewel of a flat to everyone for its facilities and location. Easy, safe booking, bank transactions and contact with owner.”

“I was really pleased with the apartment, it is located on a beautiful street in the West End, within walking distance of the major tourist attractions.
The apartment was large and comfortable, there were 3 adults and one infant in my party and we had loads of room. The pint of milk in the fridge was a lovely touch. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The propoerty is well situated for the town centre and only a 10-15 minute walk to Waverley station. The rooms are a fantastic size and beautifully light. The apartment was great for us as a family and was well equipped and tastefully decorated/furnished.
Would stronglt recommend this propoerty - the photographs do not do the place justice and the only negative point would be the central hallway which was in need of a facelift.”
“We stayed at this Portobello apartment over the 2013 May bank holiday weekend. We had chosen this flat because of the availability of a free on site parking space and also because it was on the ground floor. My elderly father in law was travelling with us and the flat fit the bill perfectly. The bus stop to go into Edinburgh City Centre is literally half a minute away. It takes about 20 minutes to get into the city. The flat itself is lovely! It is very spacious and will easily be able to accomodate 6 people with the sofabed in the living room. It is very well equipped. It has everything that you would need in a self catering apartment. The living room is stocked with wonderful music CD's, movie DVD's, numerous books and games. In Edinburgh's ever changing weather this can be a blessing! The ensuite is great especially if you have many people staying. My only suggestion would be to get the bath in the main bathroom fitted with an overhead shower. This would help people to have a quick shower instead of waiting for the ensuite to be free for use. If I travel to Edinburgh again I would definitely stay here again!”
