“The place was warmly and claen, everything was in perfect conditionand there was no problem except the mail man who always disturb our sleep by waking us up very earl in the morning. I will suggest that they will have a trade bell from morning to 5pm and they will not disturb people who have come on holiday to relax from their sleep. Horever that could not stop us from enjoying our stay either. Thanks again for such a wonderful place.”

“I stayed here with my husband and two children (aged 10 and 13) for a week. The apartment was ideal for us: it is spacious (much more so than it appears in the pictures) well equipped, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It is within easy walking distance from the city centre, close to some very nice shops and restaurants and very close to a handy Sainsbury's. The area is safe and quiet. Highly recommended.”

“We had an excellent week's stay in this flat. It has been carefully planned and stylishly furnished throughout to a high standard providing the visitor with comfort and convenience. It is situated in a quiet street but has the advantage of shops, coffee bars and restaurants within five minutes walk. The Edinburgh Botanic Gardens are a ten minute easy walk away and only 20/25 minutes walking to Princes Street.
Buses stop around the corner from the flat and take you quickly into the city centre or out to Leith and the Ocean Terminal for a visit to HMY 'Britannia'.
We will be recommending the flat to our friends and very much hope to return.”
“We all had a wonderful time in the beautiful city that is Edinburgh. Although we live in Scotland I'm still amazed at how much there is to see & do (rec. visiting Royal Yacht Britannia, Camera Obscura Castle & Dynamic Earth/Scottish Parliament) As for the flat, well it had everything we needed & more inc. a lot of steps but well, it is good excercise. The beds were very clean & comfortable, a fantastic powershower although seemed only enough got water for 1. Overall I was delighted & would certainly reccomend this flat as very nice & good value.”

“My friends and I stayed here during the Fringe Festival and were delighted to be 5-10 minutes from all the main venues we were going to. This flat is just off a main road with plenty of shops nearby for food etc. It's clean, modern, spacious enough and ideal for a festival stay - with lots of home touches inside. We were left with some basics of tea/coffee/biscuits and had great contact with our meeter who was very helpful. Very happy with this stay and would definately use again.”

“We spent a week in this wonderful and incredibly spacious flat. It is well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay and the beautiful living room is great for relaxing in the evening. Teresa, the owner, put freshly-cut flowers around the flat, which added a very personal touch. The location is great for getting out and about in Edinburgh - Stockbridge, with superb shops and restaurants, is within walking distance and if you don't feel like walking into the city, there's a bus stop a stone's throw away from the flat. The flat is also incredibly quiet, as both bedrooms look out over the garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.”

“Convienent to the Local shops Sainsbury's and Wait rose and the Town centre.
Three very clean double bed rooms with comfortable beds, Large Living room with Large leather sofa and chairs, modern integrated fitted kitchen, good size modern bathroom with large mirrors and en suite shower.
Parking restrictions are as normal in UK but its easy to get the spaces.
We all family enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to others.”

Pictures in add don,t give a good impression of how large the flat is (purely an observation for the owner)Would definitely benefit from a couple of fans or mobile air con unit, as very warm during the lovely weather we had for our stay.

“This flat is fully equppied for all your needs and is very clean and tidy. It is very central to all the shops, pubs, attractions all within walking distance. The rental charge for the week was very reasonable taking everything into consideration (location etc).”
“Four of us stayed in this flat and there is nothing negative I can find to say about it. Everything was there to make the stay comfortable. It was spotless and we cooked every night as the kitchen was well equipped. Sainsburys was walking distance and if you walked in a different direction you were looking up to Arthurs seat and beautiful hills. We will definitely be back next year.”
