“Lovely property, host could not do enough to help. Quiet location but there was everything close by if you needed it. Home from home, free to do your own thing, clean and tidy, lots of other little things left in the property for your use made a difference. Free parking and you were minutes from bus stop of which the public transport was fantastic and cost effective, finally the beds were luxurious, comfy and cosy we did not want to come home and will never stay in a hotel in Edinburgh again, will always see if this flat is free. “The flat was situated in a lovely area very close to Edinburgh city.We chose to use the bus into the city,10 mins travel,cheap fare,and no parking hassle!.The flat has all you need for self catering, but there are plenty of eating places minutes away.Fantastic apartment as long as you can manage steps.Would definately recommend.”

Accommodation is of an excellent standard, spotlessly clean, comfortable and with all the mod cons.

“We travelled from the Midlands to see the Madonna Concert at Murrayfield. We were stuck in traffic for several hours on the M6, delaying us by 3hrs. This wasn't a problem for Stewart, the owner, who was there to greet us with a friendly smile and a taxi number to get to the gig! The apartment is in a great location, with lovely bars and restaurants minutes away, buses every 5 mins in to the city centre and comfy beds to sleep in after cramming in all the sight-seeing each day :o)”

“Had a fantastic few days in Edinburgh. The flat was perfect; modern, simple and very well appointed. Its location was superb, taking just 5-10 minutes or so to reach the main centre of the city. Having said that the flat couldn't have been more peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. Wonderful.”

“Nice flat in a calm neighborhood at walking distance from Old Town, the path cross the Meadows being not the least pleasant part of it. Warm welcome by Jane, the landlady, makes you feel home at once. The stairs to the 3rd floor has a "has-been" look, but are part of the scenery. The flat is very convenient, large kitchen and cosy living-room. Just be aware that if you sleep in the East-looking double room, it has no shutter and a very light curtain, so even in late July the sun - when it's there - will awake you before 6 am, so you will be an early morning bird except on rainy days ... which happen fortunately.”

It was located in a calm, nice area, and my son aged 8 enjoyed widely going to the near supermarket and buy some crumpets all by himself!”

“My girlfriend and I rented the apartment for 3 nights and the stay was excellent. The apartment is in a great city location with bus access and within 20 minute walking distance to town centre! The apartment is very modern clean accessible and the layout is very appealing. All of the necessities for a great weekend stay, possibly more! The apartment owners were very friendly and lovely to deal with, I would recommend this apartment if you're looking for to stay in Edinburgh at any point.
Only negative point i have to make is that the entrance to the grounds was not obviously signed, but once we found it there was no more issues.
All in all a 5 star rating!”
