“The flat was perfect for us. Centrally located near all the main attractions, restaurants etc but very quiet. There was nothing we needed which was not provided. Lee was friendly and even carried my rather heavy suitcase up the two flights of stairs. A very pleasant stay.”
“We loved our stay so much and the accomodation is just wonderful. The sky light in the twin bedroom does need a cover though as one of the party found it hard to get to sleep as there is a bright orange lamp directly outside so the room stays orange. However, we would stay at the property from now on as it was faultless and decorated to the highest standard. Thank you.”
“Superb value. Very comfortable apartment with lots of character, a feeling of privacy and good access to the city centre. Recieved a warm and friendly welcome from owners who couldn't be more helpful and felt very at home during my stay. Would definately recommend and use again.”
“We have stayed in a few flats/apartments but this was the bast so far. It's huge, in a great area and is in great condition. We would stay here next time we go to Edinburgh and thank Brian for his basket of goodies and tips. Great being able to leave the car and not worry about it too - loved it!!”
“We stayed in this flat for 6 nights during our visit to Edinburgh. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner even left a lovely selection of snacks, tea, coffee, jam and a few other essentials including. It is a little bit out of town but the bus stop is only a 10 minute walk away which the bus ride then only takes about 10 mins to Princess St. I loved Stockbridge which was only a few stops away on the bus, with its great range of charity stores, cute cafes, deli's and my fav, a french Patisserie with selling delicious macaroons! all up, great value for money and I would definitely recommend staying here!”
“We had such a lovely stay. The flat was brilliant and in such a good location. We received a lovely warm welcome and would definitely go back. Thank you :)”
“We enjoyed our stay in this confortable and very clean flat with its central location within Edinburgh. It is within easy walking distance of Princes Street. There are grocery and paper shops as well as good eating restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend this apartment.”
“excellent flat. clean, warm well presented. very easy to get around with good local shops. town centre and attractions short bus tide (we bought daily travel as much as you want tickets). don't take car into town - parking is a nightmare. landlords very helpful and friendly. would highly recommend.”
“This flat actually turned out to be much better than expected. We arrived in a very wet Edinburgh from sunny Moscow but the weather could not disappoint. A really lovely and cosy flat with such a great view out the huge windows onto Holyrood Park.
Location is good too. A nice shopping centre and excellent Sainsburys is only 5 minutes walk away and it's only a 15 minute walk and you're at the east end of Edinburgh's main street, Princes Street.
Would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone considering a holiday in Edinburgh”
“I stayed in the flat with my husband and mother-in-law for five days. The location was the best you could hope for and the flat itself clean, well equipped and spacious. Must admit that the common stairs were challenging but they did give us a good work-out :-) All in all, a great stay!”
“Very nice central flat, very close to the Center, very close to the BUS station, 800 m to main train station, 2 min walk to cinema and TESCO, restaurants and also very close to the Holyrood park and other city tourist attractions. I've spent 3 months here and I've enjoyed a lot. I would strongly recommend the flat for families. The only thing I couldn't use to it and I didn't like it, was the weather (too much rain, …rain… and rain!!!).”
“A fantastic atmosphere in this historic Victorian building in the centre of Edinburgh. Walking distance to everything that's worth seeing, doing eating and buying in this fantastic charming old capital.”
“This is a very comfortable, well presented and remarkably quiet garden flat in a good location, with shops, take-aways and restaurants close by. For the energetic it is located within easy walking distance of Princes Street, alternatively you can catch a bus at the bottom of the street (handily placed for a number of bus routes to get you around Edinburgh). Recommend a visit to the nearby Botanic Gardens. Suffice to say, like many others, we enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this flat to you.”
“This flat is in a great location in central Edinburgh. Princes Street is a four minute walk to the left and Edinburgh Castle is a four minute walk to the right when you leave the front door. Good supermarkets are a two minute walk away which is important when you are self catering. The flat is very clean, comfortable and with all mod cons. You can cook yourself or take advantage of the various types of restaurants in the nearby streets. Good car park just around the corner from the flat. As a group of 4 adults and 1 child we had plenty of room. I would recommend this flat to anyone looking for a good central location in Edinburgh”
“Six of us stayed in this flat in June 2012 while attending a conference at EICC. The location is excellent, dead bang in the city centre. Very spacious place, can accommodate up to 16 (in single beds across 5 rooms), and the kitchen is particularly well-endowed (2 fridges, freezers, oven, and crockery for an army); it really saved us money being able to cook our own meals. Could not recommend the flat higher.”
“Excellent apartment, very comfortable, perfect for exploring the new town, minutes away from the old town, the apartment has everything you need, very cosy and welcoming, the owner was very pleasant and helpful, would definitely recommend.”
