Excellent clean, modern and spacious apartment within easy walking distance of main tourist area of Edinburgh. The only con being lack of legroom when eating at the kitchen workbench due to no overhang and suggest a small dining table and chairs as there is ample room within the living area.

Travelled with 5 family members and 2 friends, so we needed a big place. After some trying hostel experiences elsewhere, this flat was a godsend—with 2 clean, fully functioning bathrooms, and a washer & dryer! Lots of ATMs, and pubs & restaurants on Rose Street. Close walking distance to a number of stores on Prince’s Street for shopping needs, and also close to the major sites at the Edinburgh Castle end of High Street. Only complaint? The beds were kinda hard. But if we get back to the city, it’ll be the place to stay.

The flat is spacious, modern, very well appointed and with the added benefits of great parking. The views are exceptional. Wi-fi is an added benefit. The area is very quiet, in walking distance to shops and altogether a great location in Edinburgh with easy driving access, especially if Holyrood Park is open

This apartment was perfect for me. Three blocks away from work. A very short walk to the hiking area around Hollyrood. A 10 minute walk from the Royal Mile. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. Also very close to the University of Edinburgh. Good rental price, everything modern.

The overwhelming benefit here is location. A short walk to Edinburgh's best attractions and shopping. Clean, spacious, and well equipped, the flat offers a great jumping off point for all destinations. Don't let the 200 pound deposit put you off.

Easy to find, this is a highly spec-ed and gorgeously finished central flat, well positioned for anyone wishing to sample the nightlife in Edinburgh. Walking distance from a selection of great bars and the sprawling Royal Mile, I can't think of a better place to stay for a few days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the flat. It is 5 flights of stairs, but apart from initially taking up your bags the flat was more than we hoped for. Very comfortable and homey, excellent views, very central and great view over the Greyfriars churchyard and the rooftops. Roof angles in over the bed but we didnt find that a problem.

On arrival we were greated by a wonderful lady who showed us around and informed us of everything we needed to know about the flat and the city. The great proximity of Sainsburys to the flat meant stocking up on essentials and food was a breeze! The flat is also very close to an entrance to Holyrood Park which leads to Arthur's Seat, the Parliament and to the Royal Mile - on which there is a Starbucks (a big bonus for me!!) The flat itself is great. It is clean and is supplied with the basics i.e. toilet roll, kitchen paper, washing powder, fairy liquid etc. We did run out of some things but this was no bother as a quick trip to Sainsburys meant we could re-stock. We found the free wi-fi connection and the washing machine/dryer invaluable services. The only thing to watch out for is the mechanism behind the main bathroom sink - it does not work properly. We had to drain the sink out with kitchen paper and towels. This meant the four of us had to use the sink in the en-suite. This problem was noted to whom it may concern when we left so hopefully this will have been sorted. Nevertheless, an amazing flat and when we return to Edinburgh next time, we will definitely return to this flat. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

The apartment was lovely; very comfortable and very clean, with a great view of Arthur's Seat. The location was very convenient and a quick walk through the park had us at the bottom of the Royal Mile in 10 minutes. We made use of the balcony almost every day to have a quiet drink and soak up the view. From a self catering point of view, Sainsburys was only a 10 minute walk and the flat was well stocked with take away menus and brochures about the local area. If I stay in Edinburgh again, I would not hesitate to book this apartment.
