“The flat provided plenty space for 4 adults and 3 children. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and everything we needed. Edinburgh is a brilliant place for a holiday and being so central made it even better. We read a few reviews complaining about the noise but for the middle of a busy city centre street we were surprised how quiet it was. If anything lets it down, its the entrance way but we would definitely rent this flat again.”

“The flat is an easy walk from popular Morningside Road and is also very near the 23 bus stop which gives brilliant and regular access to the centre of Edinburgh.

“We found the flat very good, clean condition and comfortable. It was located in very good location and most of the prime places were under 2 mile radius. Eating place and grocery stores, bus stop and parking were very close. It was very ideal for self catering for big families. If anyone with big family r looking for self catering this could be an ideal flat.”
“This flat is an excellent choice for a stay in Edinburgh. It is in a lovely, safe part of the city, quiet sidestreet, with every facility just around the corner: Waitrose supermarket, M&S Food, specialist food shops, cafes, restaurants and interesting small shops selling pretty things. Princes Street is 10-15 mins on bus: either 5,11,15, or 16 all of which run frequently from virtually the end of the street. Flat is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable and has everything you need including huge wardrobe and plenty of hot water. Will definitely stay here again.”

The flat is always very clean and there's everything you need to be totally self sufficient if you wish although the pub round the corner is very friendly and has great food! The location is ideal, close to the city centre but away from late night noise. Highly recommended.”
“Excellent, nice and clean and what you expect when walking in. Nice area morningside with plenty of shops & buses to town only a few minutes away or walk 15 mins. Though was looking for a two bedroom it was in the middle of the festival which is hard to come by if booking last minute but the owner of the property was very helpful in giving us a made up bed for our little 5 year old. price was very good not over the top for the time of year so made our few days in Edinburgh affordable, special for a young family.Recommended as value for money and the famous Cannymann Pub just around the courner.”
