“I have never written a review before but feel that I must for this accommodation. We stayed here for a fringe weekend and it is really excellent. The decor is modern and has a luxurious feel. It is also spotlessly clean and spacious. The hostess is friendly and very helpful; she tries to accommodate any request you have. The atmosphere is relaxed and the flat is in a great location very close to Princess Street. You will not be disappointed!!”
“This flat is a really beautiful rental with lots of natural light and tons of space. The beds were very comfortable and there were all the amenities you could want for a holiday.
The neighbourhood is wonderful and one of my favourite parts of Edinburgh, there are plenty of shops and cafés nearby, a taxi rank and the meadows which is one of Edinburgh's beautiful urban parks.
The landlord was great and very flexible too. I'd definitely stay here again!”
“This is a lovely flat. Very close to all important Edinburgh landmarks, 5 mins to John Lewis, the Omni centre and lots of restaurants. The flat itself is much nicer than the photos show and has surround sound, DVD player, hairdryer and is well appointed. We loved it!
Only con is not enough toilet paper. Needs to be a supply for the time period rather than 1 per bathroom.
But recommend this and would absolutely stay again! home away from home!”

“This was an excellent choice for my husband and I. It was ideal for our daily commutes to the centre for our business trips and to see the festival. We drove in everyday and parked (bus there is a bus stop just outside which we could have used). The flat was very well equipped in the kitchen and the living room and bedroom had tv and dvd which was great.”
“A great location within easy walking distance of the main fringe venues. The flat is well equipped, spacious and has a luxurious feel. The only minor criticism is that the sofa and armchair are a bit uncomfortable but you won't need to use them much!”

Great location, fantastic view over park and just a short walk to Holyrood and Royal Mile. Supermarket and small shopping centre a short walk away also.
Buses are fantastic here if you come by train as we did, very frequent to all destinations in and around Edinburgh and a set price (£1.30 adults or 70p child) for any distance. Day tickets also available and good value.

“Hi me and a friend ( 2 girls ) stayed here a few days over the fringe festival, and it was perfect! it was 10-15min walk from Princes Street, but it felt safe walking at night time. there was an off licene and a co-op seconds away. the actual flat was great, super clean!everything you could ask for, including books, movies and tea and milk! would 100% stay here again !
