“I stayed in this flat for 3 nights.Firstly the owners were very flexible about check in and out times.The flat was spotless and very welcoming, the fresh flowers were a lovely touch, Thankyou. Although only 15 minutes walk from the city centre and right in the heart of Stockbridge, the flat was very quiet, so a great nights sleep.A very comfortable bed. A very well equipped apartment. I would definately reccomend this place and would love to stay there again”

Landlady was pleasant and helpful, was in touch early on the phone then met us at the flat, made sure we had everything we needed, including milk, bread, tea, coffee etc and then took the time to talk to us about the best places to visit in Edinburgh.
the flat is excellent, great location easy to find and walking distance from the city centre. it is large clean, tidy, modern and well equipped.

“Beautiful attic flat in excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Although small the flat was a perfect size for two of us with fabulous views over the rooftops. There is zero parking around the flat but if you have to go by car as we did we parked in a NCP for a few nights.”
“My friends and I stayed here for 6 nights and I have to say we loved both the city and the apartment.
My only negatives. Light sleepers, the traffic is pretty noisy in the evening till around 1am as its on a bus route but I got use to it. Only other slight problem was I found the blinds didn't keep enough light out of the room.
Great things were the location, we walked easily to a tesco metro, home from dinner from George Street (though in high heals was a bit outch)the decor was perfect and completely to our taste. Really comfy and very useful, had everything we needed.
Would highly recommend it and def would stay here again and trust the company 100% the communication between us and them was perfect unlike some companies you deal with.

“myself, husband and daughter stayed a week in this delightful spacious flat. 10 min walk to Princes st. As with most places in Edinburgh unless you have a car with you a lot of walking is necessary however with so much to see this is not an issue. Lots of places to eat locally. Small shop 3 min walk at end of street. Warm welcome from John, all correspondence with Gill very professional. Highly unusual decor which is charming however prob bit much for any longer. Very modern kitchen and bathroom. Would def stay here again.”

“The studio is very well-located close to the central attractions. The street is quiet and we had no problems with noise at night despite this central position. The welcome and assistance from the landlords Max and Rachel during our stay was excellent. We were travelling with a one year old and requested that a cot and highchair be provided which they were. The flat itself is comfortable and tastefully decorated and furnished. There are local shops close-by. The free parking was a real advantage too, though the flat is also within minutes walking distance of Haymarket Railway station for those travelling by rail and on the main bus route from the airport for those ariving by air.”

“The flat is extremely clean and well furnished; it has all that you need. The location is great, close to Leith Walk, public transportation and restaurants. The owner is lovely, she is able to help you with any difficulty you might have. I spent more than two weeks and I felt like being at home. I would have loved to stay longer... “This flat was an excellent choice for staying over the weekend.
It has cozy bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a fully-equipped, clean kitchen and two modern bathrooms with a shower each. Everything was in a clean and orderly state.
The flat is located about 20 minutes by foot from the city center. The walk is uphill, but there is a bus stop a few yards down the road (the 42 takes you to Prices Street). The street is somewhat busy with a bit of traffic even during nighttime, but keeping hte windows closed can mostly eliminate the noise.
There is a supermarket, ATM, and bakery just down the street (~2 min. walk), along with several pubs and restaurants in the area (no need to go dining downtown at tourist prices).
The flat is just above a Pizza Hut takeout and a Chinese takeout, but this is not noticeable at all inside the flat, neither by noise nor smells.
The contact with the owner (who does indeed live here) was very friendly and uncomplicated.

“A clean, comfortable, modern flat with secure gated parking, a lift and free wifi. 15-20 min stroll into the city centre or via Holyrood Palace, also there are frequent buses just around the corner. There's a retail park (including Sainsburys) 5 mins walk away. We were greeted on arrival and given a bottle of wine and a bottle of milk. Excellent communication (email and text), the owners were very friendly and helpful and even came round one evening to help me connect my laptop to the wifi! We would definitely rent the flat again and recommend it to others.”
“Faboulous, spacious apartment layout for huge family numbers. Coming up from New Zealand + Singapore, this was certainly home away from home. We thouroughly cherised every day of our stay. Even took photos to show other friends and family. Excellent Location. Very Central,walking distance to all ammenities. Could not have asked for better. We will be back.”
