“We were very pleased with this flat and would definitely like to return. The flat was clean spacious and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the area was attractive and very quiet.The flat had access to broadband, a washing machine , nice little flat screened TV , a selection of books to read , an iron and ironing board and was generally very pleasant to be in. Although very quiet you were only a short bus ride or pleasant walk away from the Castle, the Royal Mile, the shops and theatres etc. Highly recommended. Five Stars !”

“Ideal for quiet central stay within walking distance of all Fringe events. Flat was clean and presentable.
A few minor DIY jobs need doing like bathroom plug, bedroom door latch. Landing lights for block don't come on until well after dark. All minor and didn't spoil our fantastic stay. As a bonus you get a perfect view from the bedroom windows of the Castle and the Tattoo fireworks for free!”
“I visited with my parents and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the flat! We were made to feel welcome right from the start by the land lady who met us there an had even hone out of her way to provide some of the basics, like bread and milk and tea for the morning! The flat is lovely, and a few minutes bus ride and you're in the middle of town. We'll be back!!!”

“We've just come back from staying at this flat and can honestly say we miss it! It's a beautiful airy flat that is an easy 10 minute bus ride to Princes Street. The bus stop is right outside and 4 buses go into town so we never had to wait around. The flat was clean and well stocked with crockery, towels etc. The biscuits for our arrival were a welcome surprise! Would definitely stay there again.”
“Arrived at this flat on the Thursday and was greeted by the lovely landlords who are very friendly and helpful. The flat itself is really nice with everything you need for short stay. Extra touches like leaving tea, milk and biscuits were very thoughtful. The flat is situated just off Leith Walk and it's a short walk from town so very convienient! Don't have any complaints about my stay and would happily stay there again. Special thanks for letting us both stay and for the lift to the bus station!”
