“The apartment was we wanted and moore. Evrything was clean, tidy, modern and very well decorated. The landlord had put a lot of effort in both decorating, furniture and all kinds of details to make us feel comfortable. Apart from moore expectable things like iron and ironboard, general information etc. there were also small detail like a seewingkit, a pint of fresh milk and the selection of bodyloation that really made us feel welcome. The location was good with the city center just minutes away. Also the area was nice with small shops, cafe´s, restaurants and monglers. The landlord was very welcoming and kind with a problemsolving attitude.”

“We had a great stay in this apartment just over the Dean bridge, 10 mins walk from the West End of Princess St. The house is large and great for a couple and 2 friends. Teresa was very welcoming, explained everything well adn let us enjoy the weekend. The living room is excellent as is the Gas aga in the kitchen. All together a great stay and one I would reccommend”
“The flat is very nice and cozy! My family of 3 adults and 2 children stayed here for 3 nights. The place is clean and modern. It has a view of the castle. There are eating places just below. The royal mile is just a 5 minute walk. Waverley station is a short 10 min walk. We love the place and will definitely stay here again!”

“We stayed in the flats for two nights, and we loved it; the flat was spotless clean and in a really nice area, not far from the center and well connected with plenty of buses nearby. The rooms were the rights size for few nights, and the living room had amazing sofas to relax... problem is you don't want to get up after sitting in those! The landlady gave us plenty of information and she was absolutely brilliant.”
“Pasamos 4 días en Edimburgo y disfrutamos mucho este apartamento, situado en una zona tranquila pero a 10-15 minutos andando de Princes Street. Todo el mobiliario es nuevo y esta decorado con mucho gusto. El menaje y electrodomésticos de la cocina son muy completos. Fuimos con nuestra hija de dos años, y las escaleras eran un poco incomodas, pero en ninun caso fue un problema. El dueño fue muy amable, un alojamiento muy recomendable.”

“The flat is just off Grassmarket with lots of bars and restaurants and a short - uphill- walk to the Royal Mile. Easy walking to Princes Street, Holyrood, well everywhere. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable and despite being so central very quiet. Lee and Liz are friendly and knowledgeable and overall we can't recommend the apartment highly enough. We can also really recommend Maison Bleue - just over the road for French/North African food, great staff too. On the Royal Mile treat yourself to food at Angels with Bagpipes or Dubh Prais. Porto & Fi on the Mound do a great brunch.”
“I cannot say anything bad about this property at all! Free parking, lovely decor throughout, nice big flat screen TV, DVD player, comfortable bed, dishwasher.....I could go on and on. Great location right behind Parliament and Holyrood Park. Starbucks, Tesco express and other sandwich shops/cafes/restaurants within walking distance. The flat accepts dogs and Calton Hill is a 15/20 minute walk away and nice to take the dog to. Owner Ian was lovely and helpful. Can't wait to go back!”
“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything that one needs to find home away from home. We cooked a lot and spent time to just be in the apartment to rest. It really feels like home to us. We noticed that the place is very well maintained. Everything works well and looks new. The rooms are well designed and decorated. Why would one want to stay at a hotel if s/he could get all this?”
“This was a great place to stay in Edingburgh. Everything you need is on hand, Margaret the owner lives next door and makes you feel really welcome, we had wine in the fridge waiting for us on arrival, tea, coffee and milk were also provided, there are great places to eat and drink 2 mins walk away and buses run right outside directly into the town. It was safe secure and quite (apart from the seagulls, but you cant blame margaret for those). We shall definitely stay here again on our next trip to this glorious city. Penny Ward.”
