“This flat is much more than just a apartment to rent, it is literally like living in your own flat. It was clean and tidy, very homely and even had the little things such as basic foods and condiments in the cupboards!! Its an easy bus ride to the city and airport and Rosemary was the perfect host. Would certainly recommend it and will stay again if we go to edinburgh again.”
“A lovely flat with beautiful views over edinburgh including greyfriars kirk and st giles. It couldn't have been a better location either, right in the centre but quiet. Its a long walk up the stairs but its definitely worth it.”
“We were totally impressed with this apartment. Equipped with everything you'd expect and more. The park across the road is lovely & like having a garden. The kitchen has all you need & the coffee machine is great fun. We mostly walked in to the city centre & if you take the route along the canal it's really nice. The apartment had such a comfortable homely feel & we all loved staying here. We'd all highly recommend staying & will hopefully visit again. Thanks for a really lovely stay.”

There was tv, iPod dock, beautiful kitchen with everything in it which you need particularly every day. “We had a very comfortable stay in this very well thought-out flat. We have a toddler and it was a perfect place to stay with him as it was all on one level, has a bath and there was no toddler height hazards or precious ornaments that we had to keep him away from. The location is great for getting into the city and the nearby commonwealth pools great for rainy days- great pool and soft play.
The views from the lounge are lovely, so we were quote content to stay in and cook or get takeaways from the nearby restaurants.
Would recommend this and would stay again.”
“The apartment is perfectly situated with stunning views of the castle. Lots of places to eat out from breakfast to dinner nearby. If you prefer to do it yourself the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The bedroom is a dream, the living room is nice and cosy. The only slight problem might be the very small bathroom and the winding staircase to the second floor. WE WOULD ALWAYS MAKE THE SAME CHOICE!”

“Perfect location for getting around sites on foot/train/bus. Very clean, spacious and well equiped flat with very welcoming meeter. We stayed mid week and though there was some noise not as bad as you might expect for such a central location. Our kids loved it (especially the ensuite). We would recommend it to friends/family.”

“Had a great stay in the apartment with my family (inc. 5 yr old daughter). Its ideally located just off the royal mile, 10 mins walk from Waverley station (or c£5 taxi ride). The apartment is clean, and well equipped, including wifi.”
“We loved our stay here. The flat is fully equipped with everything you could ever need...and more! The location is ideal, walking distance to the beach and a few minutes from the main trainline which will have you in the centre of Edinburgh in 7 minutes.
Our greeter was fantastic and very helpful as we arrived very late in the evening - she was there to welcome us with tea & biscuits!
