This beautifully presented apartment is an oasis in the city centre. Everything about it says five star and it is so well equipped for a stay in the capital. We cannot recommend it too highly. We will use it again when we visit.

The flat was amazing! I would recommend it for anyone who really wants to experience Edinburgh and feel at home! It is in such a nice neighborhood and near the canal and a little park so one can enjoy little walks. Sunny flat, fitting furniture, everything's there. We have lived around the corner for several months so we knew the area. It is excellent for a walk at the canal and for some hours spent in the sun in the park. The park and canal are just opposite the flat. Walking to the city centre is possible (40 minutes) but easier to do by bus. The next bus stop is only 5mins away and really easy to find. There are 4 busses going to the city centre and one is going to the airport. There is a nice little convenience store just around the corner (2mins) walk. We will definitely stay in the flat again!!

We had a great city break staying in this apt. It was walking distance to princes Street and main attractions and also leith area. The apt was clean, warm, nicely decorated with all that we needed. Private parking was a big plus too.

I booked this flat because I was coming to Edinburgh with 3 grandchildren, 1 daughter and my husband. I was attracted by the 4 bunk beds and sofa bed. Luckily it was near Haymarket station and took just 10 mins to walk to after asking the station master where it was. It was roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet. In the end my daughter slept in with the children rather than make up the sofa bed! We were snug in the lovely master bedroom. We managed to walk easily to all the attractions, castle, museum and tour buses. Every morning we nipped to the Coop nearby for our picnic rolls and shopping. We would definitely stay again and recommend it.

This flat was in a local location - very close to Princess Street. The flat itself was spacious and well decorated. It had all amenities - microwave, dishwater etc and the landlady fantastic she let us check in early and check out late and provided a welcome pack with milk, croissants, tea etc I would definitely stay here again I have stayed in Edinburgh lots of times (my son is at university there) and this is definitely the best place I have stayed in.

We enjoyed staying down by the docks in Leith. This is a very warm and comfortable house and the courtyard situation reduces traffic noise a lot.Leith is full of interesting sights and the buses to central city are excellent.

The location of this apartment could not have been better. A 5 minute walk to the train station and right in the centre. The flat is very modern and has all the facilities you require for your holiday. I can't wait to go back again.

The flat is nicely furnished, clean, modern (but with an amazing touch of nostalgia), in an extremely good condition and perfectly located within a short walk to nearly all city centre attractions. The owner is very friendly, the holiday-maker feels warmly welcome from the very first moment. All necessary and helpful features such as hair-dryer, flat iron, even umbrellas are available. The only thing we were missing in the evenings were cosy woollen blankets when watching tv on the couch. But that's absolutely forgiveable. :-) Thumbs up, completely and utterly!

Very comfortable flat, within a short walk of Princes Street, Water of Leith, Botanic Gardens, Inverleith Park and [most importantly] Franco's Carry Out [wonderful haggis suppers]. We would have no hesitation in staying here again on a future visit.

Third time we have stayed in this flat and it was clean, comfortable and good value as always. It has been refurbished since our last visit which was a lovely surprise - the beds are so comfy....... The only down side are the stairs to get up to the flat and the fact that I'm not getting any younger!

Stayed for 3 nights with family....lovely welcome from owners who lived next door...beautifully and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom terrace house...minutes from The Shore, bus stops for very regular buses into town, local shop for those essential items and walk able to Ocean Terminal. Perfect for what we required and the owners kindly allowed us an early arrival time and we were able to leave our bags for later collection...thankyou so much..An absolute gem of a place not to be overlooked!

I almost hate to review this flat because then more people will be booking it…I want it all to myself! This flat was perfect - it was centrally located but quiet, clean, and cozy. There was plenty of room to settle in with lots of closet space and a nice big kitchen for when you aren't out at one of Edinburgh wonderful restaurants. It felt like being at home.

For working purposes I lived one month in Edinburgh. This apartment became my perfect home during this time: spacious, nice, well decorated, easy to heat, the place is quiet and there are plenty of buses to take you to the city center in 15 minutes. I highly recommend the apartment for any stay in beautiful Edinburgh.
