“The flat was very spacious and light. Being on the top floor made it quite private as no one can look into your rooms from street level and at the same time one could see the world go by below. The flat is very well equipped, clean, comfy beds, and was ideal for me as it is only 10 min walk from the university (or the city centre). A supermarket is right around the corner and open 'till late. Can highly recommend this apartment.”

“This is by far the best place we have found to stay in Edinburgh (and we have been to quite a few). Buses on the doorstep; as are pubs and eateries. Lovely quirky house; and extremely nice hosts, who live next door. We will definitely be returning. In fact this is the 2nd time we have been there.”
“This tidy little flat had everything we needed. 2 good sized beds and 1.5 bathrooms, clean and well stocked. The welcoming treats were very appreciated! The location was great with many buses a short walk away. Great deli a few blocks away as well as nice pubs. The huge park across the street was nice to walk through on sunny days. “The flat is very well located. Close to all central scenic site, all within walking distance. With all facilities you need in the flat. Can do laundry by your own, if wished. The meeter is punctual and very helpful. Good sources of information for first time visitor. All in all, it was an excellent flat which provided a very pleasant stay. “four of us stayed here for a weekend in September. great central location. very comfortable accommodation. we appreciated the tea and biscuits on arrival. plenty of hot water for four people and a found it to be a warm cosy apartment. definitely plan to return again.”
“We stayed here for 4 nights with group of 7 people. Because parking is free only over night (except free Sunday), we spent most of time driving across Scotland and stay here only for nights. Rooms are small but enough for sleeping and breakfast.
There is also lots of friendly restaurants and supermarket nearby.”
