“My stay at this flat for some days was just great. Lovely landlord helped me out with all kinds of stuff, as I was in between apartments at the time. Very helpful and kind woman. As to the flat it was perfect for one person or couple. It was fairly small, but more than enough space with a nice bedroom, living room with dining table, tv and sofa - and a nice bathroom with toilet. Also a kitchen if you would want to make dinner "at home".

“We loved this old-town flat! It was comfortable, sunny, and best of all quiet which was important to us. It is a really spacious flat with an extra large kitchen that has a great view toward the theater, cozy living room, and modern bathroom. The location was perfect, just 2 blocks off Grassmarket, 2 blocks from Princes Street Gardens, about 2 blocks from the High Street, and very near Tollcross. It's located in the heart of the city, but still offers a quite retreat with lovely garden. The flat had everything we needed for our extended stay including washing machine, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare meals. We would happily stay there again!”

Having breakfast every morning while looking at the castle makes for a perfect vacation. The kitchen and bath are well maintained and have everything you should need. “This Apt was really spacious with a living room and a bed room as you see in the snaps. We got almost everything we needed to stay for couple of days like umberla,crockeris,groceries etc. Also Marsha is a great hostess. Only thing to be cautious is that this is on the 2nd floor and if you have heavy baggages you need to carry them up as there is no lift.”
