This is not a mobile phone problem, but my house phone. I have been a customer for several years and have been satisfied until now. I have been without caller id for about 2 months. This is very inconvenient for me, I need to screen my calls.I have lonely people call me, but I have to screen their calls to enable me to carry on with my day to day living, and to find a convenient time to talk to them. EE are telling me that it is a BT problem not theirs, and it could take upto June before it is fixed. I spoke to someone called Dave who promised me faithfully that it would be back on 1st March. Of course it wasn't. When I called back at the end of the day 1st March, I was told that it could be any time up to midnight. I allowed time for the bad weather and then called back. I was told that Dave did not know what he was talking about and the original explanation was given anytime between now and June. I will change companies ASAP.

When upgrading from an excellent tablet and phone deal, to a considerably more expensive one, I ended up getting a surprise bill immediately. The service from the operative in the store was very focussed on making sure I took the new deal rather than explaining what would happen with the change over. I ended up having to have an online text conversation with an overseas based help desk operative, who was very patient, when if the initial sales assistant had done their job properly, this need not have happened. I felt as though I'd been pushed into something.

They sold me a phone with a function that doesn't work, then replaced it with another whereby the function doesn't work and when I rang them they said we ca replace it again - how many times do I have to have my phone replaced with one that does work!!! They refused to give me anything extra to replace the unworkable function - going elsewhere next time!

went to change my old Motorola for a Samsung galaxy fame so I could have Bluetooth. this was on Friday they said I needed a new sim and then my phone details and number and £24.84 credit would take up to 24 hours . Saturday we went down and then a boy served us, he said he'd phone and someone on their had entered everything manually so my phone would be sorted in 24 hrs., We went down today , Monday and I can't use my old phone as it's no longer registered and I can't use the new one as I have no credit and I don't know if my old number has been transferred to the new phone or not. A right pain and no phone, it's been a fiasco from start to finish( only it isn't finished yet). Never had problem before changing our phone.

19 days and counting, still have not received my upgrade despite the mobile being in stock TMobile/EE not impressed, awful customer service

Customer Service says my iPhone5 unlock request was put through on 8th Oct (actually, I requested it at least a week before that).
