Order arrived next day. Didn't quite look like the photo I ordered from and the free chocolates were missing.

Flower were lovely but total wrong card put with them. Should of been for my wifes 50th Birthday but was for someones Mother??

Disappointing, as you will see from the photos what I ordered and what arrived, I appreciate that some of the flowers may have still been in bud but I could have purchased something better from a supermarket and paid less, not at all what I was expecting for a friend who had just come out of hospital

Really small bouquet of flowers, I was shocked at the size even after purchasing a larger bunch. For the price I would never order again, very disappointed.

Flowers good but card not included so recipient had no idea who they were from. When delivered no knock on door etc so left out all night.

The service from EFlorist has always been excellent. I have used them a number of times and they have always delivered on time. However on this occasion it did not work because I was dumped afterwards by text message!

Courier did not ring doorbell, probably because box was damaged,just left it by front door and walked off. Two rose stems broken. Not happy with these flowers,but we're bought for my wife's birthday gave her the flowers,she was understanding. Will not buy from these people again.

EFlorist provided a very efficient service, but I was very disappointed that they did not include the box of chocolates with the flowers I ordered as was advertised.

I used EFlorist for the first time recently to send an orchid from New Zealand for a bereavement and milestone birthday. While the recipient in the UK was happy with what they received we were very disappointed that instead of the double stemmed orchid shown in the photo on the website she received a smaller plant with a single stem. Eflorist’s response is that “we do not specify on the website that there will be two stems we only guarantee the colour and the orchids may vary from the picture shown.” However given the photos for both white and pink shows 2 stems it was a reasonable assumption and expectation. If the intention is to provide 1 stem then that should be reflected either in the photo or description otherwise this is misleading and misrepresentative. I was hoping to use this service on a regular basis for family and friends in GB but I am unlikely to do so now if I can't trust that the received product will match the photo and particularly in light of EFlorist’s unhelpful response.

Confused by lack of email order confirmation- so ended up ordering twice and then when I realised unable to speak to someone to cancel. Also failed to deliver the free chocolates- on both orders ☹️ The two lots of flowers were appreciated by the recipient

first time to use this company, flowers arrived as stated. The only problem was, it said the flowers would arrive in bud form, but when opened the box, half the flowers were fully open and looked like they only had a couple of days life in them.

When I ordered, the bouquet look nice, when I received the items, the teddy bear looked lile it seen better days, the box was damaged and the driver said that was how she got the package. The bouquet itself did not seem like he picture on the site. The cost of it all for what it was given seemed off the mark. I am not a floristry so I have no idea if it was supposed to be like how I received.

Very good delivery service. Very disappointed at the value for money, purchased the medium size bouquet and expected a lot more for my money and was left very disappointed. Wanted to leave a photo but your app would not allow strangely 😞

Flowers good I am told. I had a discount voucher which was not taken off the price and had to e mail to ask about that and was told they will refund, so I await to see. No chocolates either.
