Sent some flowers to my cousin as a thank you. She sent a picture of them to say thank you back. I was disappointed to see that there weren't as many stems as the picture I saw when I ordered them. It was a 50% offer with free chocs, but it looked like the number of flowers were halved too and not sure if she got the free chocs as she didn't mention them.

Pretty flowers but very disappointed no free chocolates not as plentiful as the bouquet online terrible delivery service 10 pm

Good - good price and I was kept up to date regarding delivery. Apparently the flowers were lovely Not so good - flowers were delivered a day later than arranged. They didn’t attach the card so the recipient had no idea who they were from

Flowers were gorgeous but smaller than expected (nothing to compare the photo to). Order was supposed to include a box of chocolates but they were missing. Have emailed but no response.

Delivery was late afternoon - I was afraid the flowers would have wilted but they were ok. The flowers, although pretty, were nothing like the ones I had ordered (Shades of Autumn) Far fewer flowers so a bit disappointing.

Delivered quite late in the afternoon, given the price there was not as many flowers as we thought that there would be.

Flowers were delivered on time by the day promised according to your tracking updates, but have had no response from recipient so do not know if they arrived in one piece or if the recipient liked them? Suggest in future that the driver takes a photo of the flowers at the nominated address. Just a thought!

Ordered for a work colleague as a thank you. She was over the moon with them, and brightened her rather unhappy week. She has just sent me this picture of them however, and sad to see some are drooping and dying alreaady, when these should have been in bud form on delivery?

The flowers were very nice, bright colours as ordered but sadly my order didn't get sent on the day I requested & I had to chase them up. However, the company was helpful, they apologised immediately, refunded the delivery charge & delivered the flowers the following day.

Flowers arrived on time but without the gift. Please ensure that gifts are checked and notify customer if there is a problem. It is very disappointing for the recipient and embarrassing for the sender, your customer, if they are missing.

I was disappointed as asked for flowers to be delivered on the 19th October for a friends birthday but they only arrived on the 20th even tho the tracking said they would arrive on 19th

Price was great flowers turned out to be lovely but the delivery was very poor with yodel we paid extra for delivery date but it wasn’t happening so my daughter went and collected them herself and delivered them. So I suggest you change your delivery courier

Flowers and chocolates were lovely and arrived on time. However, your courier needs to be more careful, the flower box lid was crushed in which damaged flowers.

Both sets of flowers arrived on time, the Lilly’s were beautiful but the roses looked and are rather sickly almost dying I was rather dissapointed with them

Flowers were left outside as recipient wasn't in. Don't know whether a note was put through the letter box as recipient said they received them the day after. Other than that there was a lovely range of bouquets to choose from and good prices.

Have only given 3 stars, as although I got a picture from outside the block of flats, my friend never received them and your driver didn’t go in the tradesman’s entrance, so looks like somebody stole them from outside. Not very happy.

Ordered 14.10.22 - delivered 16.10.22 unfortunately 2 lots of monies was taken from my account for just one delivery. Waiting for correspondence to rectify

Delivery was on time, but the amount of flowers, for the price was awful! I was embarrassed, when my friend, who is in a hospice, showed me them. Pitiful!
