“Flowers were for my friend's 70th birthday. Arrived late afternoon but very wilted. She said they picked up after putting in water, but I don't know if she was just being nice rather than disappoint me.”

“While I cannot comment on the product delivered as I am not the recipient, eflorist should change the delivery/courier company YODEL. They were going to leave the flowers at the entrance of an apratment block. After a web chat with Yodel for 30mts (Charu C) she just couldn't understand my simple request for the driver to ring the apartment, as she/he kept saying that the driver will find a safe place to keep it. Yodel doesn't deliver flowers to a person, they will just leave it anywhere they think assuming it would be safe, even by the roadside! I will not recommend ordering flowers unless you are living in a house.”

“Didn’t expect a courier company to deliver … a courier doesn’t care and the flowers didn’t get handed to the person they were intended for - if this is progress and the future then I am sad, bring back a proper florist buy local and support local businesses”

“I ordered flowers, a mini bottle of Proseco and a vase. The person who I ordered for got a little bear instead of vase. Last year it happend same, ordered somethig and got somethig else. Also, I didn't receive any email from delivery company. Beautiful flowers in change . Thank you”

“The flowers were nice, my girlfriend loved them, however, the complimentary box of chocolate didn’t arrive. I also stated it was a birthday present on purchase and delivery turned up at nearly 5pm which slightly ruined our plans, but she liked the flowers.”

“Flowers arrived on my delivery day however at around 7 pm which was really disappointing. The flowers themselves were really beautiful. They were in bud so followed instructions to put them in water. They were a little wilted around the edges”

“Would have given a higher score but a number of the roses have shrivelled petals so not as good as I had hoped. Also surprised by the size as I bought large and wouldn’t describe it as that big. I dread to think how small a small bouquet is! Also don’t expect a big box of chocolates as you literally get 3 chocolates (but yes they are in a box!). Poetic license with the photography too, me thinks!!!”
