Flowers and price fab, delivery took too long…how can flowers arrive fresh when they’ve been travelling for three days..what’s the point of choosing a delivery date if it is delivered two days later?

I had just returned from holiday and wanted to send my neighbour flowers as a thank you. In my tiredness I put in the wrong address and tried then to cancel the order which I thought I had. I then ordered the flowers again to go to the correct address but unfortuantely they were sent to my address. A bit of a mix up in all. The flowers delivered on the Monday were not in good condition, but my neighbour was very pleased with hers.

I did not find the bouquet as advertised on the internet. On the internet it is full but it is quite small in reality.

Hi I've bought flower from you before and I loved them but I just ordered some 31/08/22 and I wasn't happy with them I got one Lilly and the pink roses had just about died I'm not one too complain but the last lot were lovely and that's why I chose too come back too you

Flowers arrived on time which was great but when we opened the box the roses were brown and looked like they had become dehydrated. Not sure how long they may have been out of water during the delivery process which we understood but it was just a shame to see. We placed them in water and left them over night and they had picked up a little by the next day.

I did not feel this was value for money. This was supposed to be the largest bunch eflorist did. I would not like to see what a small bunch looked like. Also some of the rose petals we’re browning.

The recipient said the flowers were a little wilted and not the best. The card was good. The chocolates only had 3 in the box. Considering the price, one can get much better for much less at Tesco.

Flowers lovely as always….when they eventually arrived. Why ever you use Yodel is beyond me; they are invariably late and that’s when they take the time and care to deliver to the right address

Next day delivery, great offer and a good range of flowers. Just a shame some weren’t in good condition when arrived. Maybe a bigger bunch would of been better to buy instead of the smaller bunch.

The delivery bore a passing resemblance to the advertising photograph I have to agree but it was not as luxurious or as large.

I ordered what I thought was an amazing Medium sized bouquet of ‘Spring Daze’ for my mother’s birthday. The website shows a wonderful vibrant bouquet that looks the perfect size. It arrived on time just as stated. However, the flowers look dull and very leafy more than anything. I understand they have travelled in a box, inside a van but I thought they would have been a bit more special looking than this. For the price I am slightly disappointed! A whole £27.98 (the only bonus was the ‘Free’ Chocolates. It’s just a good job my mum likes them and has them proudly sat on top of our dinner table (Please understand that the images shown have another small bouquet combined due to the Eflorist ones not filling the valse’

Do not order from eflorist! Absolutely disgusting! Flower stems not even wrapped to keep them moist and they are very droopy. Couldn't even use the foliage, it was almost dead. So upset as my daughter overseas sent them for Mothers Day.

flowers ordered for 5th Dec, they did arrive but NO CHOCOLATES as advertised, sent e mail complaining no response whatsoever, tried phone chat but could not get into the system, really poor customer service will not use again

Flowers are lovely apart from the gerbera which had no wire on and has flopped over such a shame
