The flowers were for my mums birthday, we choose the large version and to be honest it was much smaller than expected although beautiful and flowers were in nice condition on arrival. For the price i paid £38 including P&P, I expected a much larger bunch of flowers, (I dread to think how small the standard bunch is) and if there wasn’t a pandemic i would have gone to a local florist as feel I would have got better value for my money. I guess only time will tell with the quality to how long the flowers last. Overall flowers are beautiful but size very disappointing, really not worth the £38 I spent and they were £10 off!!! Maybe I was sent the incorrect bunch size?! The flowers my brother bought from the supermarket were just as big and pretty but probably cost less than £10

I have ordered flowers from you before and the recipients have been very pleased, however, this time I ordered a bigger bouquet from a group of us, for a friend just out of hospital. On seeing the pictures, I was not impressed & unfortunately I am unable to send a photo. Hopefully they will open out more, but I feel the quantity was a bit sparse and I was sadly disappointed!

I didn't have a confirmation email for the order} also it said i would get a text when the flowers were delivered but i didn't. Had no idea they had been received till my daughter text Lovely flowers however and balloon , nice choice of flowers and colours and prices

Delivery guy kept me informed that he would send to neighbour if the recipient wasn’t in. Thankfully she was. She loves the flowers but had to search for the message card BEHIND the address label. Not very good as she didn’t know who they were from

Customer service was good. Disappointed in the flowers. Very small bouquet. I would compare it to something you would pay about 3 or 4 pounds for in a grocery store. Won't be ordering again.

EFlorest did not make me happy! I thought as a birthday treat for my daughter these flowers would be beautiful... I was sadly mistaken, the so called buds were half open, far too much greenery & the free chocolates were a joke! Really too much money plus the delivery fee.... I can only say I will not be ordering from eflorist again!

My order has not been delivered yet as they are for my mums birthday on Saturday however ordering was very easy - I have just one complaint : the website says with a discount code I would get 10% off my 1st order but the code only arrived by email after I had placed my order and paid full price !

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and the product showed free chocolates however when I processed the order these were removed? I was disappointed with the product considering the cost and didn’t really match the picture. I won’t use the site again as really over priced for the amount of stems.

Disappointed with payment as tried to enter SUMMERPAY to get discount but would not accept. Delivery a little pricey especially as I wasn't asking for next day delivery. Hope flowers make up for the above.

Super easy to use, and delivered next day. chose a beautiful Large bouquet for my aunty for her birthday, unfortunately the message I added wasn’t there so she didn’t have any idea who sent them, they were rather limp and sparse not anything like the photo, my aunty was happy with the gesture however I don’t think I will use company again unless they improve the Quantity, I hate to think how she would have felt if I ordered the medium size. If I spent £35 anywhere else She would have had so much more.

First delivery went missing hence score of three stars. Replacement delivery was sent which was very pleasing and good service by Eflorist

Used the service many times before and been very happy. This time however I selected a medium instead of standard thinking it would be more impressive. But when delivered I was thinking what the standard was like. It must be tiny. Add to that the box was quite badly damaged. So, the flowers were nice but what quantifies medium over standard I do not know. Dissapointed this time.
