“Flowers are good quality but the candle came broken and the size of the box of chocolates was 3” square shocking for an anniversary surprise I was certainly shocked when I opened the box .Would certainly but flowers again but add one forget it”

“Price, flowers (as far as I know) and delivery fine. Customer Services rubbish. Emailed twice, only get automated reply which is NOT responded to. Was offered 10% discount as first order. DID NOT GET. The voucher arrived AFTER order placed. Can only assume this is an promotional gimmick....so other new customers BEWARE. Have tried to resolve with you BUT you DO NOT respond. Chat line is NEVER available.”

“Tried to leave this after a response but customer services merely send auto replies. Flowers and delivery good. My first order, promised 10% off. NO DID NOT GET THIS. Voucher sent AFTER order placed so useless. Take it this is a promotional con. NOT HAPPY you dont respond. Will think long and hard about using again.”

“Found the website very frustrating and didn’t get the 10% first purchase discount that I claimed. However having finally ordered and paid for my flowers after quite a delay I had confirmation of my purchase. After that I was happy with the progress of my order. I really liked the Instructions sent to look after the sunflowers.”

“A little disappointed to be honest. Photo of flowers received don't look anywhere near as nice as the photo (Pink Lady) against which I ordered. I was expected a text telling me that it had been delivered which didn't arrive and the delivery driver just left the flowers by the front door and did not post a card so the recipient didn't find them until the next day.”

“Although my friend loved the flowers I never received an email to say my order had gone through, I did get an email to say my bouquet was delivered at 4pm when in fact my friend received them at 10am!”

“I put in an order but had forgotten to put on the recipient card who.it was from. Iince I had realized this I emailed them but they require 3 days notice so they were unable to fulfil my request. I had to inform my friend who the flowers wer from. Delivery expensive too.”

“Already placed one review. Ordered Sunlight flowers Yellow roses & white freesia & green foliage in larger size. Good delivery & emailed me to let me know in safe place as my friend wasn't in so that's really good. Received a photo I was disappointed only looked small bunch of flowers compared to the picture on the site. Free small box of chocolates not many in. Apparently lovely smelling tickled pink candle so that was good. To be honest forget free chocolates & concentrate on preparing the right size bouquet would be the right thing to do for what I paid. Goodness knows how small the next size down is like. Should have been in bud like I was told they would be. My friend sent me photo If the flowers today after being delivered yesterday mid afternoon & they looked near enough fully open so disappointed with that aswell. Because of this the two most important aspects I don't know if I would order again ? Need to put genuine photo sizes of bouquets of flowers On website”
