“Two stars just for the quick replies from the customer support. The order is not like the pictures at all. Still waiting for the reply about that But overall I will not use them again. Don’t be tricked by the pictures Also the delivery company just let the order in a safe place without even notifying me or the receiver that they have delivered the order. I don’t like the whole experience Also some flowers are damaged You can see in the pictures what I have received VS what is on the website and of course after the flowers open up they will never be as shown in the website picture”

“Delivery was made promptly, but the messaging from courier service ( yodel) was confusing ( simply said delivered to safe place- "postroom" with nowhere telling me where/what post room was. It required me to make contact with the recipient to see what had happened to them. Cant undo score for customer service- but as yet had no reply to my query”

“Ordering was simple with a delivery for next day (Saturday) which was our anniversary. The delivery van broke down despite the van going past our house a number of times with other deliveries on board. Checked with tracking option. The delivery eventually arrived late Sunday evening (despite being told that there were no deliveries on Sunday) without a knock on the front door and were left outside our front door, not in a porch which had been noted on an email as we do not have one! The flowers were retrieved on the Monday morning and therefore had not had any water since they had been packed. The flowers degraded very quickly and were extremely disappointing as a result.”

“Service and speed of delivery great. Do not know how many flowers there were or whether the chocolate came along with. Will find out and let you know . However have ordered and seen flowers before and they have always looked good and lasted for two weeks or more. Very fresh.”

“The delivery was on time and the flowers were in good condition, however web site Images are a bit of a bluff, very stingy on the amount of flowers, I will resume using M&S as you get more for your money. I was trying Eflorist out as an alternative but not for me unfortunately.”

“So lets start from the positives :Quick delivery: order made on thursday - delivered next day. Thats all. Negatives: flowers are delivered by Yodel which means they are treated as normal parcel. I ordered flowers for my wife on our wedding anniversary. Flowers got dumped on a doorstep by a delivery guy. The little card with a message on was ripped, looking absolutely rubbish. Flowers were not fresh at all with green leaves turning brown. Maybe its just a bad luck on this occasion. I ll reconsider using someone else when ordering next time.”

“The flowers arrived and were delivered on time, however the flowers were not in any water so were drooping somewhat when opened by my mum for her birthday. I have also seen the flowers now for myself and the bouquet is very sparce in comparison to the picture. Everything else was fine - chocolates, vase, prosecco, just the flowers.”
