Flowers were lovely however, Amazon have now taken over the delivery service and the flowers were not delivered until 5.30 pm. They were for my mothering laws 90th birthday so very disappointed at the time they were delivered her birthday was almost over, a much better service for delivering flowers was from Yodel. Not sure why you have changed the courier but it is not for the best.

Rather upset about the lateness of delivery on a very cold night. Fortunately the recipient was in. The next day I visited and was extremely surprised with the size of the Christmas basket. To me it appeared a miniature compared with the original presentation although the recipient was pleased. I kept my disappointment to myself.

eFlorist are first class.. flowers and prices.. However the delivery was awful..the time of delivery was changed three times during the day which ok is what the courier says can happen.. But to deliver the flowers at 8.50 pm on a freezing cold night and leaving them outside of the house without even ringing the door bell to let the house owners that they were there is disgraceful ...If the house owner had not gone out to look out of her window before locking up for the night they would not have seen them untill the morning by which time they would have been dead....On top of that the sender's card wasn't in the flowers so she had no idea who they were from...I suggest you need to change your delivery courier...not amused at all..

My neice was delighted with the beautiful bouquet. I however was dissatisfied that after paying extra for next day delivery it took three days.

Deliver was quick. The flower amount were a lot less than showed Considering I picked the medium bouquet. I was actually upset at this.

The roses were brown around the edges and didn’t open out fully. The other flowers were ok. Good communication and delivery

Ordered flowers on the 27th of November, they were delivered on the 30th of November to the wrong address by Amazon shipping. The worst delivery service ever. Make sure you don’t select standard delivery. Premium always works better and is efficient.

The flowers were very good but the delivery and service was poor. Trying to speak to any one was impossible. I made over 150 calls but no one picked up. The delivery driver did not check the name on the order so went to wrong address. Luckily a lady delivered it to us.

Sent the flowers as a surprise gift. Sadly they didn't arrive with a personalised card as pre ordered, so it ruined the surprise element as we had to tell them who they were from. I expected more flowers than came for the price we paid. The flowers were in bud so lasted a long time.

Didn't have such a good delivery . I was told the delivery would be a day late ,contacted Eflorist and complained that it was for a special 80th Birthday . It was eventually delivered later on the right day after I complained!

Ordered flowers for my mothers Birthday from Spain She loved the flowers however when we saw the pictures we we disappointed at the size and that the free chocolates were actually 3 chocolates?

Flowers were lovely. Delivery was much less so. They were delivered very late in the day, so late they didn’t even bother to ring the bell. They just left them near the front door and left. Consequently my aunt didn’t receive them on her birthday but the next day when she happened to open the front door and found them sitting there. That is unacceptable so we won’t be using Eflorist.com again.

Large Bouquet smaller than anticipated. Would hate to se a small bunch. Flowers not bud ready but some well into bloom and looking poorly. Lilies small and some stems broken. No email notice of arrival from evri, either for original or replacement (yes I checked the spam folder). All in all, the only happy event was eflorist agreeing a replacement bunch since they accepted the first bunch was sub standard.

I ordered these flowers for my Daughter as a get well ❤️‍🩹 gesture, they said it would arrive the next day but it didn’t they arrived a day after. Which is very disappointing as if this was a birthday gift it would’ve been to late. 😡😡😡

The flowers arrived promptly, and were beautiful, but the delivery driver did not attempt to knock the front door, (I was at home awaiting) and left them on my front doorstep beside a busy main road, in full view of passers-by. Not what I expected!

Flowers were delivered in a timely fashion and were beautiful and fresh. I was disappointed though to hear that the greeting card, which I had dictated as part of my order, was not included.
