The bouquet was beautiful, and the chocolates well appreciated. Unfortunately, I had paid extra to have the flowers delivered on a special day. That day meant a lot to us both. But, of course, Murphy’s Law struck, the flowers were delivered three days late; and only after many emails being sent back and forth. The service department was great, any very helpful. But, it would have been nice to have the flowers on time. I’ve sent many flowers through Eflorist, and will continue to do so, as anyone can make a mistake. So, better luck next time. Keep up the good work.

What i like is price and warranty of delivery. because of this i can use eflorist always. unfortunately the main suprise with was note has a lot of printing errors it was my message mix with symbols or chinise symbols. because of this if i use eflorist again i will do it without note. i was bit frustrated and almost don't contact them but my wife smile and treat it as joke. i back home after two years in hospital she will be cry if not print error but at least she smile

The flowers were ok, but l contacted you to ask if they could be delivered the day before as she was going to be out, no reply!, they delivered on the wrong day,.Not very good customer service, do not think l will use them again

First time buying from this company, also the last. Misleading picture of free chocolates shows a box much larger than the three that were received. Didn’t find customer services very helpful at all when the wrong number for the address was added. Contacted within minutes of receipt email to be told there was nothing that could be done no further advice given. Had to contact Amazon and deal with them directly. What should be a trouble free process turned into a day of tracking delivery to ensure that the flowers arrived for a family members birthday. Will not be a return customer and would not recommend.

The flowers were nice but delivered with the incorrect sender name o the card which caused confusion from the recipient and concern from the sender who was not sure if the delivery had been made or not.

Quick delivery and kept updated. Flowers not as seen on internet but ok, free box of chocolates only had 3 in them, should be told this Lot of money for what was delivered. Wouldn't use again.

I wish I could tell you how you made me happy but I'm sorry to say that I was quite disappointed. I ordered your Luxury Red Roses together with a vase which all in all was quite expensive. The delivery was prompt and on time but the roses that you claimed would arrive "in bud" were way past that stage and in fact all were fully open and a little more and some were quite droopy. They lasted in the vase for no more than forty-eight hours. They were to help celebrate a once in a lifetime event so there is little point in asking for a replacement. I will not be buying from you again and I'm afraid that I cannot recommend you on this showing.

Flowers for my birthday today were beautiful. Great pity about the delivery driver for Amazon. Extremely rude to my husband. We live in a gated residential area and he was really peeed off that he had to walk about 50 yards to our front door to deliver. Not the usual type of delivery driver from Amazon. My daughter, who purchased the flowers, is going to make a complaint as the driver phoned her and ranted on the telephone about it.

Arrived with packaging damaged. The automated phone messages were unintelligible and three are too many - a waste of resources. Ditch them and pass the saving onto customers. Competitively priced and good quality blooms.

Unfortunately, after using this service many times, I am having second thoughts about using again. I send a message on a bunch of sympathy flowers to colleagues, but when the order confirmation came through, the message was blank. I asked if the message could be re-added and was told no, as the order had already gone to the florist. Surely the florist could've been contacted, as there was 24 hours left before delivery. Now the recipients have no idea who the flowers came from

Flowers were for a birthday. Delivery late afternoon/ early evening was hardly ideal. Looking at the tracking details it was no real surprise that the flowers appeared so very tired. Very disappointed.

Mediocre bunch of flowers not what I expected. Delivery by amazon 10 pm at night!!! Was for a 70 year old just having major surgery knocked out of bed. Sent a message to the company never heard back

I paid six weeks earlier than I needed them my delivery was for my soon to be 81 year old sister to surprise her on her birthday but instead she received nothing until three days afterwards, this made me very upset and disappointed the only reason you get three stars is because the flowers themselves were apparently beautiful I don’t get to see them as my sister lives over 200 miles from me. So shame on you!
