“Disappointed at delivery date. Had ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific date and they were delivered a day late. Also ordered a medium sized bouquet and when sent a photo of the flowers the bouquet seemed very small.”

“Day late delivering flowers no notification received to say they would be late or to say an alternative date when they would be delivered. No apology for same either. Disappointed with service. Will not use again.”

“I have always been very happy with your service and beautiful flowers but ‘this last order the courier did not send me a message to say that that they had delivered them. I cannot answer the questions below as stated above.”

“Great prices. Flowers packed beautifully. Unfortunately their delivery company can’t follow instructions and left flowers on doorstep despite being asked not too meaning that they got damages!”

“Delivered on time. Reasonably priced. The lady who received them said they were nice (but she would, wouldn’t she!) but there seemed to be disproportionate greenery. Supposed to be freesias but only a couple of stems plus roses. the gift message area wasn’t obvious to me so I realised I’d ordered without a message. Contacted them to ask about adding a message and they never got back to me.”

“The service was fine, the flowers arrived on the day of the birthday. However, they arrived in a box and, as they were delivered to a care home, no one opened them up until I arrived later in the day. I was disappointed. The freshias were still in bud and the roses slightly wilted. The bouquet looked nothing like the picture on your website which had attracted me to buy it. I'm sorry to have to write this, but I thought you should know. I put them in water with the sachet of plant feed, but have not had the opportunity of seeing how they look now.”

“Hi, agree that the process of ordering was really easy, and the flowers arrived on time, on the day. However, the flowers were not quite to the standard of those that I have had sent on previous occasions. Disappointing, as it was an anniversary where I was unable to be with my partner on the day because of work commitments. As you can see from the photograph, the leaves were already bent over on arrival, and the rose petals were droopy. It will not stop me using you again as you have always been reliable. Maybe this is a one-off - but still disappointing.”

“Lovely flowers although when the recipient opened them at first they thought they were dead as they looked crushed, but once placed in some water with the food sachet they sprang into life. Lovely little bouquet of flowers very pleased for the price.”

“Please stop using Yodel, they are a terrible delivery service. They kept trying to deliver to an office address at half 6 at night, after two days of trying to get hold of the driver we ended up having to direct him to the correct place. The flowers were late and had to be given away.”

“The flowers was delivered on time. However the message I have left in Cyrillic to be added to the card have not been written properly and instead of words with best wishes my friend got just a card with many question marks. Please make your system adopted to multiple languages.”

“To be honest I was expecting a few more flowers for the cost of the bouquet. Also a couple of the flowers weren’t very fresh and won’t last long. A little underwhelming”

“Flowers were delivered after 5.30 p.m. For a birthday. Worried they were not going to look fresh enough but was okay. Only thing was they were a large bunch so I would hate to know what the medium or small bunch would have looked like.”
