“Ordering easy and delivered on time, however disappointed with the quality of the flowers, stems broken and foliage wilting. They were ordered as a surprise for my friends who should have been celebrating their wedding day. Probably wouldn’t use again”

“I was very dissatisfied that the flowers were not delivered until 9.50 pm on 30th June. They were a birthday gift so I feel this was very unsatisfactory. However I am advised that the flowers were beautiful.”

“The flowers got to Rachel at 4.55pm they had been on the road most of the day I rang the driver late morning to ask what time they would get to her he said 3pm but of course this DID NOT happen . The flowers were not in bud as promised but fully out & not looking great. I was very disappointed,as I have flowers from you before which were great.”

“Very easy ordering from EFlorists, I ordered flowers for a birthday surprise for my sons girlfriend, when I received the photo of the flowers sent, I was not happy with them. So I complained to EFlorists, a redelivery for a replacement was arranged and delivered a few days later plus an apology. So thank you for that EFlorist”

“Sent 15 roses for my son’s Anniversary. My son and his wife said the flowers were lovely. When I asked whether the complimentary chocolates were enclosed, his reply was, NO CHOCOLATES, MUM.. Very disappointing..”

“I'm quite disappointed in the bouquet of flowers I bought a friend, I can understand that they're not meant to bloom straight away but once they did they seemed to be a small bunch of flowers for what I paid for the medium bunch and also didn't look the nicest or healthiest of flowers I've seen BUT my friend was happy and the flowers from afar were pretty, good delivery”

“Not happy ! After paying extra for same day delivery . Was rang and told no they can’t deliver until after the weekend . And it wouldn’t be the same bouquet that I’d ordered ! Very disappointed indeed! And no refund given either !”

“Unfortunately flowers were unable to be delivered for my friends anniversary. Was told they’d be sent be courier the next working day - 2 days later ! I paid extra for same day delivery and as of yet No refund and apparently it’s not going to be the same bouquet I’d ordered . Fingers crossed they come up trumps !”

“Flowers were delivered on time, looked a little sparse, as the peonies were still in bud, so did not have the Wow factor, but started to open up next day and looked good. However the complimentary chocolates did not arrive with the flowers, which is disappointing.”

“Quick order and delivery, can’t fault that.. The flowers were ok. We will see what they are like when they open up. Honestly though there really isn’t a lot In the box for the money you pay not when you add the delivery and vase.. The vase was a cheap plastic one not worth the money. Shame really as was for an anniversary, felt a bit lacking in the end..”

“I was a little disappointed today. Whenever I’ve ordered they’ve always been lovely. Today I ordered sunflowers and when they came box was crushed and the sunflowers were bone dry and shrivelled up.”
