Wasn’t very happy that flowers were collected at 8:35 and delivered at 3:30 expected them to be delivered earlier not stuck in a van dehydrating .

Hi Selina J was very polite and thanked me for the gift. She sent me a photo. I thought we would get 18 roses. There were only 16. And most of them had droopped. I’ll show you in the photos. This is the first time I’ve used your company. It will probably be the last. The quality was poor. But the delivery was on time.

When they arrived my friend said the leaves looked dry and wilted but she said they did revive when placed in water. I was disappointed when she sent me a picture they didn’t look special at all for what they cost.

I bought flowers for my cousin 30th birthday the flowers were lovely but I was disappointed with the delivery of the flowers i got message at 1.30pm saying they are out for delivery i texted the driver so my cousin wasn't waiting in all day for them on her birthday he texted back saying around 6pm which I wasn't happy at that time but they actually arrived at 8.30pm I was very disappointed with this she didn't really get to enjoy them on her birthday i was expecting them to arrive at a decent time definitely not late at night.

Not very happy it’s taken till 3:30 for my flowers to be delivered when they were in the van from 8:30 this morning, I understand the driver has a lot off deliveries but flowers wilt and dehydrate.

My flowers arrived on time. Sadly the red roses were not in a good condition with many Petals fallen off and flowers very limp.

Not sure what the flowers looked like but I'm happy they arrived on time. However I will not order again as I was misleaded on what I thought was Free Delivery. For some reason my account has bee debited the flower cost plus delivery. I'm not happy because I could have got a better offer elsewhere. Very misleading!!!

My sisters flowers have just arrived, unfortunately the pink rose in the centre was broken & there were no chocolates included, otherwise the flowers were in bud & lovely as described.

Very disappointed in the size of these flowers for the £24.99 cost, I could have brought the same for around £8 at Tesco. This was the medium size, dread to think what small is. Very let down as they were for my daughter getting her first job! Won't be ordering again!

Easy to choose and good pricing.. I just hope they update their delivery service, it would be nice to know at what time people can receive their flowers rather than just the day.

Hi Customer Service and delivery excellent. Very disappointed in the size of the flowers for £45 £50 with delivery. Having seen a bunch of flowers delivered to the same person from a different Florist at £40, they was a big difference

I thought I would of got more for my money as these four bunches were a gift it was quite disappointing. The peonies themselves are lovely but the way it looks in the picture shows more green leaves and white flowers- more foliage then you actually receive. Not sure I would order again.

Very efficient but I did not get my 10% discount for email sign up as I did not receive email in time a day I had already put in my order. I hope eflorist can refund. Flowers are beautiful just like picture on website

Flowers ordered are due to be delivered on 18 June so unable to leave review of any value at moment. However I tried to make another order but unable to do so as difficulty when coming to pay.

I have used E Florist a few times now but this is the first time I have had a few problems and I had to opt for a more expensive arrangement. On ordering option one with free chocolates and optional bottle of wine when i went to checkout was told sorry no delivery in my area same with my second option. Even trying to empty basket was a task in its self.The flowers were fantastic all the same on arrival which was prompt but never the less it was not what I wanted to order in first place.

Delivery arrived on time and was well packaged, including free chocolates. Unfortunately the flowers inside were damaged and it seemed that they had been in the box for a long time as they were wilted. In fairness they did perk up after being watered, but several of them never recovered, especially roses. So disappointing for the recipient.

Speedy delivery. Was disappointed with the look of the flowers from the photo I was sent considering I purchased the larger bouquet to make an impact. Just hoping that they look like the image within the next 24-48 hours of buds opening. I attached images of actual and sales image for comparison

Flowers excellent but would order for delivery day earlier next time,email stated I could track order but was not sent tracking number and delivery was very late in day so slightly ruined surprise also chocolates missing from box but was offered small refund
