“Į am rating my overall service with 3 stars. Absolutely loved the quick delivery and complimentary small chocolates. However the flowers are very lifeless! I have read the instructions before hand but the flowers are really lifeless!”

“Flowers were delivered around 4pm and the flowers were not fresh anymore .. they should have been delivered in the morning not afternoon.”

“Disappointing apparently one of the Rose's was broken and no card to say who they were from. Driver left downstairs for upstairs flat with no notification and would still be there if I hadn't rang to check. All in all what was supposed to be a nice surprise wasnt. Upsetting”

“I was disappointed that my note wishing my aunt a happy birthday was missing from the flowers. This resulted in her having to ring around friends and family trying to find out who had sent them.”

“Disappointed in the size of the bunch of flowers for the amount they cost, although the flowers themselves were lovely. My wife done exactly as instructed on the box, but we noticed last night that one of the stems has already started to wilt and die. This is very disappointing as we only received them on Saturday and they should be lasting more than three days”

“Had to go out for short while on day of delivery. Returned to find Package left in full sunshine. Flowers wilted and chocolates melted. Could have been left in shady spot close by when no answer from door when delivered.”

“The process of ordering was easy, selu very was on time. But on following care instructions I have been informed by the recipient that the flowers have now died after only 4 days.”

“Upon ordering and from the website I was led to believe that a free box of chocolates would go with the flowers. Upon processing payment I saw that no chocolates were included and that the flowers were being delivered in a box. I was pleased that they would be arriving tomorrow although I wanted delivery for today albeit better late that never! However, I have not heard from my friend yet as to the quality of the flowers but from the reviews I have read they should be ok.”

“I was not impressed. I’d taken up the offer of free chocolates to be delivered with the flowers - they weren’t. Also there was no card delivered with the flowers so my friend had to ask around to see who sent them. I won’t be using EFlorist again.”
