“I cannot fault eflorist at all for their service, but maybe the delivery of the flowers could have been earlier as this was for a birthday and I have to say I was not impressed with the flowers given the price, could have saved money by going to the local supermarket 😔”

“Happy with the flowers and were delivered when they said they would. not happy as when delivered there was no card to say who they were from, and the fact that you saw the note that I had written and they were our first anniversary and my wife didn't is very annoying,if they had been sent from anybody else we wouldn't have known who had sent them. what do you plan to do about it.”

“Why ask for a review when the flowers hadnt even arrived? That made me laugh. Delivery driver just left the flowers on the doorstep? Rita, the mother-in-law was pleased despite the melted chocolates.”

“The website was very easy to use, delivery was next day and on time. I ordered the flowers to cheer up my friend and so the extra chocolate was an added bonus. My friend posted a photo on Facebook and the blooms looked very fresh and colourful. Some lillies were still in bud as I expected, which means they will last longer.”

“Very easy to order and kept up to date the whole time. A shame that the roses looked half dead when arrived, but hopefully they come to life after being put in water. Were supposed to be buds but nearly fully bloomed.”

“The roses were delivered on time. and my friend was happy with them and sent me a picture of. However for the price I paid, I was very disappointed as they looked nothing like the lovely picture on your web page and not what I would have ordered. I think in future I will collect from a florist and deliver them myself so I can see the flowers. Unfortunately because of the situation at the moment I'm in lockdown because of my health so unable to go to the shops or even out of my front door.”

“Just been in contact with my sister, she said the flowers were absolutely beautiful and a lovely surprise - but the box wasn't sealed and very easy to open. She was disappointed because there was no card inside - so she has been ringing around to find out who had sent them.”

“No chocolates were sent as were expected. I think that element was to entice purchase. Only knew flowers would be in bud after order placed as photos show full blooms. Other suppliers for similar prices are stand up bouquets.”

“Easy to purchase and tracking of my delivery was very good. No card included so my friend had to text everyone to find out who sent them which was dissappointing. would use again in case this was a mistake with my first order”

“Great Service unfortunately the delivery times are a bit tricky especially whe your delivery is for a business. Also takes a long time to amend order sent email last night still not solved and confirmation given to inform me of amendments have been made.”

“I ordered a hand tied bunch on the Friday hoping that they would be there the same or at least the next day. Nothing until the following Tuesday afternoon, sadly didn't really have quite the same impact.”

“My first order hopefully my sister will be happy with the flowers when she gets them and the chocolates if they arrive as my children sent me flowers from Eflorist but the chocolates didn’t so fingers crossed my sister gets hers.”
