“Flowers and candle were lovely. Unfortunately when the item arrived the box was already open and the chocolates missing. I would have emailed you direct but could not find your email address.”

“Easy to follow website have no complaints with the simply tulips flowers I ordered and chocolates were a bonus. However the card was left out so the person had no idea who they were from and didn't get the very personal message I had written for them which was disappointing.”

“Paid quite a lot for A specific bunch and they turned up and looked completely different. Still very lovely though and I get that they have to work with what’s in but I wanted the colour theme I ordered so it’s a bit of a shame.”

“The flowers and the speed of delivery was great. However the delivery person decided to ring the intercom and then leave. I had bought them as a gift so the person who I sent them to had to then go and look for them not knowing what they were looking for. I am disappointed with that delivery service. I'm sure that it's the individual not the company however it has made the experience worse.”

“The box on the flowers was pretty well bashed up and there was no gift label on them which I'd filled out, so the person receiving them didn't even know who they were from.”

“Placed an order with you as I was the happy recipient of lovely rose & lily bouquet the week before. Have to say ordering & delivery were both really efficient but the bouquet received was not as expected! My very poorly uncle didn’t even get the chocolates! 3 days later & the flowers already look past their best. I requested a pic from my Aunt ( she followed the care instructions to a ‘T’) & was disappointed with what I saw. Have lost confidence in ordering on-line! Ordered the medium Moonlight bouquet. Photo of how it should’ve looked & then the actual bouquet uploaded.😢”

“My sister received them when she should have. That was not the problem. The flowers were very dry. The Alstroemeria were in full bloom with a few of them broken. The foliage was very wilted. Quite disappointed really as she doesn't receive many flowers. I wanted it to be a really nice surprise.”

“My wife's flowers arrived ok on the correct day. When we opened them we felt they looked some what dried out but as your note indicated we thought they would recover. That did happen with most of them but not all, of the 7 roses 5 recovered 2 remained totally dried out, photo attached. Also I was under the impression that a box of chocolates would be included in the package or sent separately, that has not happened.”

“Very happy with the ordering service and the delivery process. However, there was no message in the box so my daughter didn't know who sent the flowers until I called her. Otherwise, she loved the flowers.”

“Disappointing. Card was not included with bouquet to say who it was from. Delivery driver did not ring top floor flat bell so flowers sat outside for longer then they needed to have been and one rose was broken. Was a shame as bouquet was otherwise lovely but needed time to recover. If I had not rung they would probably have sat outside for longer than they did.”
